1月31日晚入住酒店，房間位於二樓靠近空調外機的位置，空調外機的噪音較大，嚴重影響了休息。由於已經使用過房間，不便再要求換房，導致整晚都受到噪音幹擾，希望酒店在房間分配上能更加細緻，避免類似情況發生。 酒店客服明確告知早餐從7點開始供應，且經過反覆確認。然而，第二天7點十幾分到達餐廳時，早餐尚未準備好，只有一個廚師在忙碌，而其他服務員卻無所事事，甚至在餐廳接待處刷**，聲音較大，影響了就餐氛圍。希望酒店加強員工的責任心和服務意識，確保早餐按時供應，為客人提供良好的就餐體驗。 早上7點50分準備退房時，前台客服無人值守，大廳空無一人。由於趕時間，衹能將房卡放在前台電腦旁。希望酒店合理安排前台人員，避免客人在退房時遇到無人接待的情況。 停車場出口門崗無人值守，導致車輛無法正常駛出。最終衹能將車重新停回擁擠的車位，四處尋找工作人員解決。最後是保潔阿姨幫忙喊醒了前台人員，輸入車牌號後才得以離開。希望酒店加強對停車場的管理，確保門崗有專人值守，避免給客人帶來不必要的麻煩。 酒店的環境乾淨整潔，外觀也很美觀，但服務質量和內部管理方面存在一些問題。希望酒店管理層能夠重視這些問題，加強對員工的系統培訓，提升服務意識和責任心，優化內部管理流程，以提供更加優質、高效的服務，提升客人的整體入住體驗。

停車還算方便，自駕要注意是隧道口立刻左轉，真的是看不到那個口子，高德讓掉頭倒也是沒毛病。停車場不算大，引導得不錯
