So there were pluses and minuses about our visit. Pluses; easy check in, very good parking- plenty of space and could park outside your window, easy checkout, clean sheets, good space in room, warm room, very quiet when no guests were in the hallway, great location in Ludlow, good price, refreshments at main reception to take back to room. Kettle and TV in room. Room was dark so was very relaxing. CO Op and petrol station across the road for essentials. Negatives; dirty shower curtain, stained mattress and main part of bed, spider webs, could hear the guests above walking around, could hear other guests coming and going outside. Nowhere to have a tea/coffee other than room, for some reason the place across the road decided to power wash their building just after 8am- which woke us up! It was bare. Essentially it is what you’d expect. I would be happy to stay there again.

Very noisy hotel. Room was opposite reception so the door just banged constantly with people coming and going at all hours and talking when they came in. Staff were lovely.

Lovely clean hotel, staff couldn’t be more helpful, Simon who was working the night shift was very knowledgable about the area when asked, gave lots of information about takeaways that will deliver to the hotel, recommended a Chinese that was really good value for money.

Reception was lacking, and the staff member was quite odourus. Room clean, usually facilities of a Travelodge although the bath must have been made for a hobbit! Noisy from the road and corridor. Parking good, mobile signal good. TV channels are very limited.

One of Travelodge's best,and i stay in hundreds up and down the UK.Clean comfortable with an excellent pub next door for a drink and a bite to eat. On reception this evening was TREVOR, what a gent,accommodating to what ever he could to help,nice to see old school receptionists who go that extra mile,many thanks Trevor. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and professional. Lovely place for a stay during a mini break to Ludlow. Our double room was spotless and quite spacious. Staff were fantastic especially Zoe. So helpful. Gave us extra key cards (we had misplaced ours), towels, fan. Housekeeping cleaned our room beautifully and got us an extra duvet. Staff have a wonderful helpful attitude. Nothing is too much trouble. Friendly and very helpful. We travelled with our puppy and were made very welcome. Will definitely come again! Free parking. Lots of beautiful places nearby we were given a very helpful map by Zoe. Definitely a good place to stay. If things don't go to plan, staff are always there to help solve problems and provide effective support.

Brilliant, simple, clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I have been here twice in 2 weeks, I will be back for the next 4 weeks and I love it in this hotel, highly recommended! Wonderful pub next door, with the best Roast Turkey ever...

Very comfortable quiet stay. Convenient for Ludlow. Ample parking, with a pub next door for food. Would recommend.
