Host was very friendly and informative.Breakfast was amazing loads of options.So close to all that Ludlow can offer.Room was perfect for our needs highly recommend this guest house . Grateful for the milk and water in the fridge. the bed was so comfy too

Lovely B&B, hosts were very welcoming and informative of the area and best places to eat. Comfortable room, great breakfast and the host let us leave the car at the property after we checked out allowing us time to visit the town and castle. Easy walk into town and would stay again.

Spent two nights in a twin room with private lounge. The latter proved to be a Godsend as we were there during storm Darragh. As we did not want to venture out into town the second night we bought food to eat in. Ray the owner who is very pleasant and accommodating provided cutlery, plates and condiments for us to use. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and tried the smoked salmon/scrambled eggs, full English and vegetarian options. All beautifully cooked and tasty. The property is in easy walking distance of the town, railway station, brewery, Tesco & Aldi. We will definitely return.

Totally superb B&B from start to finish. Ray was a wonderfully accommodating host, and super supportive, (we were attending a family funeral). The rooms were immaculate, spotless, comfortable and warm. Everything was thought through, down to water and milk in the fridge. On top of this the breakfast was all delicious, best I've had in a long time, it passed our rigorous "Sausage Test" and consequently we awarded it 5 stars! Thanks Ray, we will definitely recommend you! Guy, Rachel & Ben xxx

Great location for exploring Ludlow and the area. Great breakfast, room stocked daily with milk, tea/coffee and water. Owner very helpful with information on where to visit and where to eat out. Bedrooms are spacious and warm. Will use again when visiting Ludlow again.

We live in Ludlow- we were staying at The Mount due to house renovation. Members of my family had stayed here and loved it. A wonderful stay- room was spacious, the super sized bed very comfortable, everything spotless. Delicious breakfast with local food we use ourselves.

Can’t recommend this lovely guest house enough. Stayed for 2 nights. Ray was so friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and warm, fridge supplied, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Milk and water in fridge. Whole place was immaculate. Breakfasts cooked to order and were delicious, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts also available. Best poached egg ever had, cooked to perfection. Got us oat milk on request. Nothing was too much trouble. Ray can tell you all about Ludlow and advise of good places to eat . Thank you Ray for a lovely stay.

What a find. Spent a couple of nights here at the start of our walking holiday. Easy on site parking. The house and our room was spotless. The full english breakfast is the best ever. Ray just couldn't do enough for us and like previous guests, he dried our boots for us for the next day. A few minute walk in to Ludlow centre which is lovely and so much to see.

A very hospitable welcome. Great breakfasts. Very clean room. Ray kindly aired our walking boots. Good car parking area. Just a short walk from the town. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Even had use of a lounge for card playing! What more could you want?
