The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. But the hotel itself could use some renovations. The carpet in the hallways is very dirty, and the desk in the room that I stayed in has water rings on it and the drain plug in the sink in the bathroom doesn't have a release button to open the drain plug.

Very clean rooms. Quiet despite street. Good bathroom. No snick snick.

Excellent service in the hotel. The room we stayed is nice and clean!

Room temperature was just fine, parking is a slight hassle because the parking garage is situated 100m away by foot, thus, luggage handling is less convenient. Hotel staff are friendly. Breakfast choices are meager but doable.
