房間隔音差的要命，裏面的桌子地板都受損了，還有發黴的，好歹還是個連鎖酒店，衞生差隔音也差，去的時候剛好趕上汕尾活動，放了一整夜的煙花和炮，一夜沒睡，早上好不容易停了，隔壁和過道一直有人説話，以後再也不住漢庭了

呢間酒店係我過年嘅時間返去家鄉住嘅，發生嘅事情非常之頭痛，一啲都估唔到會發生咁嘅事情，張被上邊非常之多嘅油漬同埋頭髮絲落去同前台服務人員講過，前台工作人員比到我嘅答覆鞋，依家冇其他房間可以俾我換房，咁就算啦，我提出幫我換一張被，佢回答我依家冇被俾我換，唯一可以解決嘅方法就係要我補$100嘅差價換房，我想請問酒店衛生有問題點解需要我自己解決，難道呢個酒店衛生嘅問題唔係酒店方面應該解決嘅問題咩？真係諗唔明白。

住了四天，價格越住越貴，環境吵的要死，衞生間的門還不能關上，洗澡水不夠熱，洗個頭連個護髮素都沒有，11點多就在那裡催催催退，半個小時催一次房費，生怕人家不給錢💰2.3百塊錢的環境就這個條件，避雷避雷

前台服務很友好，房間內部環境整潔。唯一不足是花灑的固定是壞的，開水後花灑直沖天花板。房間找不到空調遙控。請改善。整體是滿意的
