5 out of 5, I've been to and stayed at this place many many times and I'll always come back here, i love the great food, top notch menu they always deliver, great services from the team specially Agel who really looks after you during your stay or visit there and the ladies at the reception always so helpful with information. And I shouldn't forget the room services, clean and tidy they will not disappoint you. To add on here, there is room for improvement on the Internet side, though. but overall, everything is good.

I stayed at the Espiritu for three weeks, while also running a series of workshops in their spacious fare/ restaurant area. As a conference/ workshop venue it was top-notch; the natural roof and big fans kept everyone cool, even at the tail end of the hot season in Vanuatu. Everything was carefully set up for our participants each morning, and excellent morning teas, lunches and afternoon teas were served exactly on time every day. As an event organiser, the experience was absolutely seamless, and the Espiritu will definitely always be my first choice for a venue in Santo. The staff here are amazing; friendly and dedicated, always ready to step in with assistance and to make my participants' experience a great one. The Espiritu staff are a stellar team overseen by the efficient and dedicated GM Cindy, who always made herself available to ensure each day was a success. I stayed in a Standard room, and it was perfect for my needs - a comfortable and clean place to relax at the end of a long day running workshops. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from day 1, even finding me a small desk to work at in the room. The rooms are clean, modern and well-kept, with housekeeping coming every day to freshen the room. I found the wi-fi more than adequate for my everyday use - a few Netflix shows, the occasional Zoom call for work, podcasts etc. Would 100% stay here again (and look forward to it!)

I always choose to stay at the Espiritu as my first choice of stay in santo because of the secured environment context. The location is very convenient to other services. The food options offer is sufficient. The option for a relaxing time behind the bar and pool is excellent..the friday night live entertainement is a plus.

Only 2 TV channels and room small. Overpriced for what is offered, gets 3 stars because reception staff are great. Stayed 1 night after arrival. Location is ok but not much in Luganville It is 2 star at best. Bbbbb Nnnnnnnnnn. Nnnnnnnnnnn Vvvv

Super friendly staff. We are a group of 12 and from day one they remembered all our names. Located in the centre of town. Convenient for other bars & restaurants. A little bit of early morning noise coming from the neighbours, but they would be the same anywhere in town Good food in the hotel restaurant, reasonably priced.

Very clean rooms and well trained staff that’s the reason why always choose to stay here. They are all very accommodating special mentioned to Shirley, Gaetan, and Angel. I always receive excellent treatment from them. And how can I forget their Manager, Cindy. Very professional in all ways.

Very nice pool. Restaurant food was great and reasonably priced. The included breakfast was a nice start to each day. The staff provided excellent service every day, they were exceptionaly pleasant and helpfull. Would stay here again and recomend to my friend's.

Came to spend the day by the pool, and it was a good service and a calm and nice environment to relax in! We got a day-pass for 1000 Vatu, which was a good price. Enjoyed the free WiFi too! The workers was polite and helped us with every question we had
