No way to buy coffee without cash and would not even allow me to buy a coffee in the morning with my card, unless I purchased the breakfast, very bad customer service !!!

Séjour compliqué. Arrivée tardive annoncée la veille. Je récupère les instructions pour récupérer un badge. Seulement, le terminal de paiement pour payer la taxe de séjour était HS donc impossible de rentrer dans l hôtel. J appelle le numéro d urgence, je dois me rendre dans l hôtel d a côté pour trouver une solution. Celui ci me donne finalement un badge, après paiement de la taxe de séjour . Bref ensuite j ai pu rejoindre ma chambre. Beaucoup de bruit, les portes qui claquent le soir, le. Matin.... compliqué. Le lendemain, le badge ne fonctionnait plus, rebelote revenir à l accueil.....pfffff
