Susana Balbo's House and Spa experience was wonderful! Understated elegance graced every room. The staff was warm and gracious! Exceptional service and kindness at every level. Rooms appointed with state of art technology! Dining experience was perfect and food was delicious and prepared to perfection! Could not improve on anything! A beautiful oasis that had us wanting to stay much longer!

This boutique hotel is a beautiful oasis with spectacular grounds and amazing high tech rooms. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet and spacious. The food was excellent as well. The staff is very helpful especially Juan! We really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave!!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved every minute. Rooms- really contemporary and huge. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this was one of the nicest rooms Staff- really helpful and they work really hard to help plan your itinerary for you. Ivana and Barbara were very attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble Hotel- was gorgeous, the outdoor pool was fabulous, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff provided great service. We got a tour of the winery included and transfers which were all nice touches too. I would 100% recommend .

This place was amazing, better than the pictures. Staff was on spot with everything. Setting up rides to local places, getting massages, and they would leave a little dessert sample in room every day which tasted delicious every time. It’s a place that I definitely recommend for couples.

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. Our experience at SBWH was nothing short of exceptional—truly a five-star, top-tier experience. Every staff member we encountered was kind, engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. Jonathan and Cecil, in particular, were outstanding, but honestly, everyone here is incredible. From the luxurious suites to the delicious food and unforgettable experiences, we can’t wait to return!

Susan Balbo resort is an exceptionally unique, special experience. The staff is incredibly reactive to your every need. The Michelin restaurant food is to die for, wine list top shelf. From the first contact with Pedro, check in and constant follow up from Barbara, Yvana at night, Jose and staff care in the restaurant; we’ll never forget our time at Susan Balbo! Stunning property and the most comfortable luxury stay. The room is gorgeous with more amenities than you can even keep track of and there feels like 1 staff member to every 1 guest. Such an amazing experience where you feel you don’t even need to leave the hotel

One of the most beautiful hotels we have every stayed in. The room is incredible, the food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The ambience is very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a weekend getaway alone or with your partner. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Mendoza area.
