I booked this hotel for my wife, who is Chinese. I wasn't allowed to use my trip coins. She was in town to register our Hong Kong marriage at the Hukou office. The room they booked her into was not the one that was advertised. I booked a panoramic double room but what is shown in the pictures is not what she received.
I suspect because she is Chinese she was downgraded. She said the room was old and not good. They did switch her to another room for an upgrade but it still looked like the same type of room. It was very small when compared to the pictures on trip.com.
At first, we thought this was a hotel we could stay at again when I come to Anhui to visit her family. After her experience, we will probably not stay here. I have very high standards and always expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, her reservation included the free breakfast buffet. She said the breakfast was low quality.
Also, the reservation included a free gift. She did not receive a free gift, as promised.

The hotel is the best hotel in Lujiang. It is comfortable to live in. Because it gets the train earlier, there is no time to eat breakfast. Would like to see a slight improvement in the service of the hotel to be able to pack an early breakfast for customers

I will stay here every time I go back to my hometown. The hotel service has always been very good, the rooms are very clean, and the ladies at the front desk have nice smiles. Also very patient.
