I booked this hotel for my wife, who is Chinese. I wasn't allowed to use my trip coins. She was in town to register our Hong Kong marriage at the Hukou office. The room they booked her into was not the one that was advertised. I booked a panoramic double room but what is shown in the pictures is not what she received.
I suspect because she is Chinese she was downgraded. She said the room was old and not good. They did switch her to another room for an upgrade but it still looked like the same type of room. It was very small when compared to the pictures on trip.com.
At first, we thought this was a hotel we could stay at again when I come to Anhui to visit her family. After her experience, we will probably not stay here. I have very high standards and always expect to get what I pay for. Additionally, her reservation included the free breakfast buffet. She said the breakfast was low quality.
Also, the reservation included a free gift. She did not receive a free gift, as promised.

每次回老家都會住這邊。酒店服務一直都很好，房間收拾得很乾凈，前台小姐姐們笑起來很好看。也很有耐心。服務周到，必須好評。早餐也有家鄉味道，不愛早起的我為了早餐也會早早起來。五星好評！加油

周邊環境比較嘈雜，關了窗户，馬路的噪音還是不能完全阻斷，客房衞生狀況還可以，但是公共區域的抽煙情況非常嚴重，電梯間居然也有人抽煙，自助餐廳也有人抽煙，希望能改進一下

半夜入住，價格不便宜，不含早餐，一進房間上洗手間發現廁紙都沒有，後面找半天發現根本就沒放，早上因為趕高鐵泡杯綠茶發現綠茶包也沒有，雖然是免費送的，但是着實還是很失望。
