家鄉的酒店還是要支持下，我因到家已經2點鐘，怕打擾家人就近選擇入住這家，連鎖是首要原因，其次是攜程聲譽分高。這麼久離店後本來要給低分的，但是我從沒給酒店寫過差評這個行為拉住了我，還是家鄉的酒店；最終給了中偏上，滿分我點不下去。先從入住開始，我是提前電話過前台的，告知凌晨到店。客服告知會保留房間，到店已經很累了，結果前台給我推薦會員，告訴我加會員訂房便宜，衹要100多，就不要這麼高的房價了，還説有早餐券；我覺得沒有問題，連鎖都有自己的忠誠計劃，員工執行有業績也是好事，但是管理層是否要培訓什麼時候推會更合適。深夜我覺得不是很好的時間段。至於房費，我預訂肯定是選擇我能接受的，而且我已經預付費了。要真100多可能我也不敢住。你與其告訴我加入會員會便宜，不如告訴我：先生我們已提前為您房間打開空調調至舒適温度，請早點休息。這樣我更覺得房費值。雖然300多提出這個要求過了。不説夜床服務，但對客情商服務請管理層可以重視。其次 衞生：我拿起浴巾看到一個很大的黑點，我就不放圖片了，實在不好看，我放到臟衣籃裏面沒用，最後用的我自己的一次性浴巾。説下退房，前台小姐姐提醒給我停車票超級好 設施：房間輕智能，小度燈控比較方便，房間很大，但是我定的自然房建議設定一部分無煙房，我看到茶几上有煙灰缸，床頭櫃上有煙印感覺不太舒服。...
