Kein Neubau - dafür mit besonderem Ambiente, toller Lage und einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Gleich beim Empfang fühlten wir uns bestens aufgenommen. Das Zimmer unter dem Dach (erreichbar über recht steile Treppen) war wie das ganze Haus sauber und gepflegt. Die Orgnaisiation im Hause klappte gut. Dies war auch bei dem - anders als anderswo - an den Tisch servierten Frühstück so: Dieses kam umgehend, war reichhaltig und beinhaltete sämtliche Sonderwünsche. So geht Urlaub! Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren in den Zimmern unter dem Dach untergebracht. Diese waren über zwei steile Treppen zugänglich und sehr sauber, zweckmäßig und mit vielen kleinen Extras (Wasserkocher, Tee/Kaffee, 1 Flasche Wasser, TV-Zeitschrift etc.) ausgestattet. Schöne, moderne Badeinrichtungen und das Restaurant/Frühstückszimmer war sehr einladend im typischen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich mit allem, was zu einem ordentlichen Frühstück dazugehört (Leberwurst = lecker!!) Und die Service-Kräfte waren durchweg aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

Wir waren schon öfters in dem Hotel und hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen. Die zentrale Lage,der hoteleigene Parkplatz und die familiäre Atmosphäre sind wirklich ideal. Leider ist es nicht mehr wie vor Corona:Es gab immer ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten. Jetzt wird das Frühstück am Tisch serviert. Es gibt eine "Grundausstattung ",die aber sehr knapp bemessen ist.Man kann alles nachbestellen, aber um jedes Töpfchen Butter zu bitten, ist nicht so schön.Abends konnte man im Restaurant essen.Das ist nur noch mittags möglich. Um die Zimmerreinigung muss man extra bitten. Man hätte Personalmangel.Dafür ist ein Doppelzimmer für 160 Euro ziemlich happig.Wir würden wieder kommen, aber so begeistert, wie wir sonst immer waren,sind wir nicht mehr.

Ein kleines feines Hotel in 10 Minuten Entfernung von der Innenstadt Lüneburgs. Helle saubere Zimmer und schönes Bad machen den Aufenthalt zum Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Mitarbeiter nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren um 13 Uhr schon da und durften das Zimmer trotzdem schon beziehen. Erwähnen muss ich das tolle Frühstück. Alles wird am Tisch serviert. War nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Absolute Empfehlung für die Reise nach Lüneburg
