Hervorzuheben sind der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Zimmer sind neu und gut eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Außenfassade könnte noch besser hergerichtet werden. Der Gesamteindruck ist aber durchaus positiv.

Super Lage, Essen, Service, Personal, Zimmer, Ausstattung. Wir hatten ein großes schönes Zimmer mit Badewanne und 5 Gratisgetränken in der Minibar. Auch ein tolles Frühstück. Wir konnten auch früher einchecken und unser Gepäck dann noch kostenlos den ganzen Tag nach Check out noch dort aufbewahren. Das half uns sehr, weil wir erst Abends abgereist sind. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr nett.

We spent one night in this hotel while passing through. It is very conveniently located, close to the old town. You can easily reach all the sights on foot. The lobby, corridors and rooms are very bright and give an "airy" impression. So it is not your run-of-the-mill hotel block. We were obviously lucky and got a renovated room (208). The room was clean and large, as was the bathroom. There were enough storage spaces, which is not a given everywhere. However, you have to be very careful when you get out of the shower. Even with the door closed, half the bathroom is flooded and the tiles are very wet. I recommend an urgent repair here. The risk of injury is high. However, I don't know if this applies to all rooms. For breakfast, everything you needed was there, I was delighted with the bread that was still warm. There really was nothing missing. Unfortunately, the coffee was served from thermos flasks. I could see all the way to the floor in my full cup. A vending machine with various coffee specialties would be more contemporary here. The price-performance ratio is fair. The staff at the reception are very friendly. However, the breakfast employee seemed rushed and very annoyed. He can be forgiven, the hotel was full and he was solely responsible for all the work.
