The environment is first-class, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the transportation is very convenient. Opposite the hotel is the train station. There are trains to Interlaken and Lucerne every hour. The hotel room is a little small, but the bed is very comfortable to sleep on and the facilities are relatively good. Simple, but very hygienic, service: very enthusiastic, the hotel restaurant is worth trying

It's very clean, even the public bathroom is clean, and the hotel staff are warm and generous, helping to push the suitcases, and even thoughtfully placing Swiss candies on the bed! Cantonese childhood memories! The location is convenient. There is a train station 100 meters away. Users of daily transportation tickets feel very happy. After checking in in the afternoon, I also took the train to go shopping! There is a lake view in front of the hotel, and you can visit the town within walking distance. Highly recommended~

Beautiful hotel and the view was exceptional. Food in the restaurant was on the pricey side (normal for switzerland) but the steak was the best one i have ever had and breakfast was nice. The train station is 2 mins away, trains usually every hour. Not really any shops around so better to stock up on snacks/drinks when in the main towns. The lake out the front of the hotel is absolutley beautiful. Only negative was there were quite a lot of flies in the resturant but hopefully the staff will sort that soon

We found this hotel online, and what a gem! We were greeted at check-in with friendly hosts, and an amazing view of a gorgeous lake and valley as we parked the car. The check-in was quick and easy, and as we went up to the charming room, we found everything in place, and little unexpected touches. We checked in on a Sunday evening and the restaurant downstairs was steady. We found the view and hotel so inviting that we went down for an evening drink to sit and enjoy the fresh air and the view. Upon retiring to bed, the bedding was comfortable and we slept soundly. We decided to enjoy breakfast in the hotel the next morning. The reasonably priced buffet featured a wonderful spread of breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts, and delicious cappuccino. The only bad part for us was that we were only able to stay one night as part of our travels. This place is lovely and we would love to stay here again!

What a beautiful hotel in an idyllic location! Fantastic views, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a delicious restaurant. All dog friendly (our pup was spoilt rotten with treats from the staff, water each time we dined, a bed and water bowl in the room) Only 1 small complaint, we asked for our room to be made up and only the beds were made. Water / coffee wasn't replenished, bin wasn't emptied and dirty cups left on the side. Also we had a family room (2 rooms in 1) but only 1 fan, could of done with 1 in each room. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Lovely hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Fantastic location with beautiful views. The evening meal was delicious. Room was comfortable and very clean. Would highly recommend this hotel. Hope to go back one day!
