Where do I begin! This place is absolutely amazing. First of all the lodges for a family of 5 were absolutely perfect. Cant fault them at all. So beautifully finished throughout and plenty of room. The views also were amazing! Breakfast had a great variety and the first decent coffees we had in a long time. We did the traditional dinner which they host once a week and highly reccomend doing that if you are there for the night it falls on. The food was amazing and a great experience, especially having aperitifs by the fire first. The bus into ski resort was easy and a great pizzeria in town for lunches and dinner. But what makes this place so special is the staff, and especially Alex. That man is incredible and generally doing 10 things at once. There was nothing he couldn't arrange for us, and spoke amazing English. He is the most incredible host and the whole place is a credit to him. We cannot wait to come back again one day!

Located in a small and quiet village (with only one main restaurant, Italian, although it was a very good one). Good mountain view and next to trekking trails. Facilities: Outdoor and Indoor parking, Heated ski storage, Great spa (4-8pm), restaurant (open only on Tuesday), mini-gym, and a great wine cellar. Apartment: new construction (with heated floor), well designed, clean but noisy (one can hear neighbours talking loud, walking, and shutting doors). Kitchen with common stuff but no oven nor basic supplies (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc). TV (most channels in IT or DE + SkyNews), very good WiFi. Excellent breakfast (fruits, yogurt, veggies, cold cuts, cheese, bread, pastries, cappuccino) Above all, an excellent service from Alex (who speaks It, DE, EN) and all the staff.

Exceptional apartment hotel in a beautiful valley, combining comfortable family accommodation with excellent breakfast service and spa facilities all managed by a very friendly and helpful family team. You won’t regret it.

Perfect hosts Alex and Franziska were incredibly helpful, kind and attentive. They made our little family feel at home. Beautiful modern alpine rooms with underfloor heating and stylish minimalist design. Excellent buffet breakfast including eggs if desired and fresh coffee. They provided a high chair for our baby and we sat at the same table every day with a lovely view. The weekly traditional meal was well worth staying for and the food was fantastic. Great location for walks from the hotel, we enjoyed walking up to Utia Ciampcios, under hotel parking and lift were incredibly useful also. Alex and Franziska and all the staff are by far the best thing about staying here and we hope to return as soon as we can.

Un’oasi di benessere e relax circondata da un panorama mozzafiato. Esperienza MERAVIGLIOSA. Location unica e struttura elegante e raffinata, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Colazione e cena ladina deliziose. Alex, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e disponibile in tutto. Il paesino è super tipico nella migliore tradizione tirolese ma è comunque vicino a tutti i paesini più famosi e alle migliori passeggiate. Sono stati super disponibili anche verso il nostro amico a 4 zampe. Vacanza sicuramente da rifare!

Bellissima struttura, situata in zona tranquilla con panorama mozzafiato. L’appartamento molto confortevole e pulito. Ottima colazione con ricco buffet di prodotti locali sia dolci che salati. Buonissima anche la cena settimanale con intrattenimento musicale del titolare Alexander che canta e suona. Deliziosa e rilassante anche l’area wellness. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ma la differenza la fa Alex per la simpatia, la cordialità, l’accoglienza e per i consigli sui percorsi di zona. Se volete trascorrere una vacanza in pace e immersi nella natura, questo è il posto giusto!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances chez Alex en famille avec notre fils de 10 ans et notre petite chienne. L'appartement était spacieux, parfaitement équipé, et accessible (bien que non PMR) pour mon mari en fauteuil. L'endroit est magnifique entouré de montagne, au calme. Alex et son équipe rende le séjour très agréable par leur gentillesse, sans oublier le merveilleux petit dejeuner, l'espace spa et le repas tyrolien du jeudi. Ne pas hésiter, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Fantastyczny obiekt, zaprojektowany z ogromną dbałością o szczegóły - świetna architektura, bardzo komfortowe apartamenty wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne (dwupoziomowy apartament jest naprawdę świetnym rozwiązaniem dla 2 osób dorosłych i 2 dzieci - na parterze jest masterbedroom z bardzo dużym łóżkiem, a dzieci mają całe piętro dla siebie - składające się z przestronnej sypialni i pokój z kanapą i biurkiem). Cały obiekt prowadzony jest przez Alexa i jego rodzinę, którzy wkładają całe serce w prowadzenie tego hotelu i są bardzo pomocnymi i uczynnymi osobami. W ogóle cała obsługa zasługuje na ogromne podziękowania za zaangażowanie. Polecam również fantastyczną strefę spa z zewnętrznym jacuzzi, saunami oraz strefą relaksu cudownie pachnącą sianem. Miłym zaskoczeniem są świeże owoce i domowej roboty soki dostępne dla gości. Kolejnym topem są śniadania składające się z bardzo jakościowych i lokalnych produktów, domowej roboty konfitur (przepyszna konfitura malinowa) oraz dań na bazie jajek, czy naleśników. Ogólnie wszystko było po prostu fantastyczne - od jedzenia, poprzez pokój, obsługę, strefę wellness, czystość a na widoku kończąc. Dodatkowym udogodnieniem jest zamykany garaż i narciarnia dostępna bezpośrednio z garażu. Bardzo polecam dla osób ceniących sobie spokój i jakościowy odpoczynek. Ps. Warto skorzystać z oferty wieczoru tyrolskiego - fajna integracja z pozostałymi mieszkańcami Les Dolomites, pyszne jedzenie, bardzo dobre wina i niezapomniany występ Alexa:)
