衞生：衞生乾淨，整潔。打掃的很仔細。
環境：在高鐵站附近。很方便。旁邊是萬達廣場很近，交通很便利。
服務：服務態度很好。還送的有水果。前台服務也很棒，很專業。不錯的體驗。

多次入住維也納，服務品質高效一流。對商務服務也很耐心細緻。生活洗衣設施，健身設施齊全。
房間環境乾淨整潔 無煙房適合對煙味敏感的人入住。
餐廳早午餐都很豐盛。敢上舉辦青少年排球賽的運動員入住。吃的夠營養，夠多樣。
地處西站旁 出行太方便了。發車前20分鐘溜達過去正好。 進城叫出租車也十分方便。

房間特別特別吵，床單上還有一塊黃黃的，跑了十幾個城市河南給我的體驗感太差了不想再來第二次，晚上到了從攜程看二百五十多沒顧上定，到前台一問二百八十多，我就説攜程二百五十多服務員説是麼然受就點開電腦一頓操作在這同時我點攜程就進不去了，然後她説那你從攜程定吧我再點就進去了就成了二百九十多了，早晨隔壁服務員打掃衞生的聲音都清清楚楚一點都不隔音，過道人就更不用説了，從來不差評更不會寫那麼多評價，維也納真的太垃圾了！
