每年要出差 100 多天，從來沒給任何酒店過差評，這是第一次，入住維也納的時間也很多，但這次是體驗真的差到頂了，跟客戶吃完飯回酒店到前臺問有沒有充電器，前臺的態度連人都不看，直接就是說沒有，我說有沒有掃碼的，依然黑著臉，沒有，走廊🈶️充電寶，我說我車上有充電線，能不能找一個充電頭，這時候又來一個前臺，態度更是無解，黑著臉說，我們前臺就一個，我們自己要用，我就納悶了，我是來住宿的，你們黑著臉，那不如回家躺平多好，問要個充電器，愛答不理的，這種服務懷疑有沒有培訓過，房間更別說了，說給我升級了房型，衛生間洗漱臺，洗澡間僅僅貼在一起，並且洗澡間臟的要命。

房間雖小但挺乾淨的。給人一種很温馨的感覺。樓下美食街可能因天冷關了許多。但還是有幾家的。服務員態度極好。還是維也納一如既往的感受。早點不錯的

房間裏面的設施都是新的，房間整體乾淨整潔，前台熱情接待服務特別周到，辦事效率很快，打掃阿姨也特別細心認真，總之是旅遊，出差的好住所
