酒店服務很好 工作人員很熱情 大廳有休息區 酒店還有健身房 房間寬敞乾淨 衞生間乾濕分離 洗漱用品也很好用 床鋪很舒服 設施一應俱全 洗衣房還可以熨衣服 房間隔音也很好 很安靜 酒店門口就有停車場 停車方便 早餐有很多種 味道也不錯 性價比很高 下次再來還要住

和女朋友一起來來漯河旅遊，網上選了這家酒店，入住的時候前台工作人員給了兩瓶水，我不太熟練，但工作人員態度特好，進屋發現有一股淡淡的清香，味道挺好聞的，可以看出設施都挺新的，還有智能機器人，體驗算是住過的酒店非常不錯的了，值得這個價！

缺點：衞生極為差勁，雖然説價格便宜，衹住一晚上不求服務多好，衞生是連鎖酒店的基礎吧，枕套地巾污漬、瓷磚泛黃，換房後衞生依然差勁，床單下面的毛髮清晰可見，房間馬桶裏還有頭髮跟紅色印記。小度也不好使，喊了幾遍啥也不會，廊燈都關不住

第一個房間熱水不熱，空調不暖，洗完澡出來冷死了，前台説等一會兒，等了幾個小時也不熱，前台還説房間之前一直好的，換房間之後熱水也不怎麼熱，早上洗漱完全是冷的，説用水太多了，用水太多就用不上熱水？什麼邏輯？馬桶也不咋行，本來自己定了鬧鐘退房，前台13.20就打電話打醒了
