家人很喜歡，住的很方便，也很舒適，乾淨衞生，體驗感不錯，下次還來。酒店外面停車方便，用餐什麼交通什麼的都很方便。

應該是當地非常不錯的酒店了。停車方便，服務專業熱情周到。房間也是一樣問題就是，最近住的縣城酒店都是設計不太合理，衞生間淋浴間出入不方便 沖涼水往外滲，鋪地巾打不開門。
酒店的餐廳羊肉特別棒。

地理位置很好，位於縣城外圍，交通便利。周邊有居民區，有小吃店鋪，有花溪弄小景區，可以晚上轉轉。酒店較新，設施設備都不錯。環境衞生挺好，布草乾淨，衞浴水温較低。重點提一下，周圍有工地，早上八點開始施工，雙床房一側不適合晚起。本單有延遲14點退房政策，本想餐後午休一會，近13時有人按一次門鈴，剛過13時又有人按一次門鈴，請酒店重視這項服務，沒到退房時間前請不要打擾客人。

房間大，設施新，服務好，很舒服。酒店地上地下停車場大，是自駕出行的福音。酒店四周有較多餐廳，囗味多樣，且有大型超市及多家便利店。
不足之處:早餐雖然品種多樣但炒菜水平有待提高，應儘量做到少油低鹽。
另外，酒店應加強內部環境管理，在酒店內部、餐廳、電梯內禁止吸煙並懸掛張貼禁煙標識，做為一家新開業的中高檔酒店，硬件到位的同時應匹配相應的軟件（有效的管理措施及文化氛圍）。

環境乾淨衞生，前台及客房服務態度都很好，需要額外加洗漱用具，告訴前台服務員很熱情很積極聯繫客房服務，瞭解可能被子不夠用，還及時給協調加了一個，服務太貼心！是所有洛南住過的酒店裡頭服務最好，環境最乾淨！服務人員包括門口崗亭保安都是面帶微笑説話！讓人心裏很暖，👍👍👍值得給點讚的！會推薦親朋好友選擇嘉宏酒店

6層靠路就比較吵，房間隔聲也不好，走道里聲音清清楚楚。一進門燈還閃爍，洗澡水也不大。早餐7.00-9.00，8:30到的很多都沒有了服務員也不增加，沒有服務意識。
