The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

Last year, I stayed at Luoyang Grand Hotel during my trip to Luoyang. I had a good impression of the hotel's environment and services. This Spring Festival, I took my family to Luoyang, the ancient capital of 13 dynasties, and chose Luoyang Grand Hotel Airport again. The business car and high-speed rail round-trip pick-up service arranged by the hotel was very powerful. The driver was warm and welcoming. Xiao Xiao from the Guest Relations Department was dedicated and thoughtful in arranging hotel service-related matters raised by the guests before check-in. Thank you and give a thumbs up 🌹. The main feature of this hotel is the service. The service is really great. Everything is reflected in the details. I used to think that the reviews of the hotel were a bit exaggerated, but after the experience, I can really say that the service is the best in the hotel I live in. Because of two words-care: especially from the start of the pick-up, the driver will pick up at the pick-up entrance. As soon as you get out of the station, you can see your name tag. The driver will take the initiative to help with the luggage, provide hot towels to wipe your hands, etc. We arrived in Luoyang early in the morning. After getting on the bus, the hotel also specially prepared breakfast, which made us a little surprised and pleasantly surprised. During the stay, in addition to the rich breakfast, the hotel also provides a wide variety of snacks, and the key is free. Because I stayed for two days, some close-fitting clothes needed to be changed and washed. On the second day, the aunt who cleaned the room specially prepared a clothes drying rack and gave some small gift bags for washing. It is estimated that she saw that our family could drink water crazily, and put a large bottle of mineral water in the room. It was really full of care. When sending the station, the driver also took out the peace fruit prepared by the hotel for us and sent good wishes. There are many details that I will not express one by one. You can experience it yourself.

Location very near metro so convenient to move around. Not many shops around, more for business stay. Front office staffs are friendly and willing to help. However, room carpet need to change/upgrade, too dated same for bathroom.

I stayed at Ramada Luoyang Downtown for 1 night. I am really impressed by the welcoming receptionist Kiki and the room service provided during my stay here. Also, I would like to thank the hotel for decorating my room sweetly. overall, good service good location and clean room, thanks for all , sure will stay next time in this hotel.

Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

Before coming have added them in WECHAT which they have provided all the information needed. Excellent service from the reception especially the lady Ms 孙 she is awesome and have full knowledge about the Longmen grotto. She has explained every details like which bus to take which station to stop so that you don't walk the longer way. She even explained the sequence of walking so that you will not missed the important part. Very very patience lady.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The transfer station of Metro Line 1 and Line 2 is the entrance of the hotel. It is a distance away from the most lively Yingtianmen and Lijingmen. It is quiet in the bustling city. Because the train came, the hotel allowed check-in at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is very appreciated. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the sour plum soup in the lobby downstairs is very delicious. However, the hotel facilities are indeed a bit old, but at this price, you can't ask for too much.
