The favorability is directly full. Environment: I came to Luoyang to play and stay in the hotel during the Spring Festival. The hotel has a strong Spring Festival atmosphere. The restaurant's business hours are also reasonably arranged, and the breakfast is very rich. There are welcome fruits and milk. Facilities: Clean and tidy, and the stay is particularly comfortable. The hotel has convenient transportation and is very close to the high-speed rail station. It is a good choice for weekends or weekdays to relax and relax.

Nice hotel with a great location. Subway is just in front of the hotel. Great hospitality with helpful and attentive service staff. Noticed that we liked tea and gave a couple more satchels. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable.

Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

When we checked into the hotel lobby, we saw the peony flowers that were originally in bloom in April. The New Year's festive atmosphere was strong. I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

Reminds me of when I was travelling around China 20 years ago, in a good way. The style is the luxurious style of government own 4 stars hotel of the time, but it has been very well maintained and upgraded where needed. Everybody who works there is extremely kind, front desk, back office, room cleaners, always smiling and making you feel welcome and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Heater, in winter , is warm and comfortable. Overall 2 good nights and I'll be here again. Of course it's not Island Shangrila HK.

This hotel is on the top of a 30-level office complex, it is not very close to the town center, it takes about 15-20 minutes taxi to the old town tourist area. However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.

Old-fashioned hotel, very close to Wangcheng Park, convenient for viewing peonies. Service is good, breakfast is OK, transportation is convenient, parking is convenient, elevator is fast and quiet. But the hotel's soft furnishings are too old, and the look is not good. I hope to change the carpets and other fabrics. The colors look earthy and old. Peony is so beautiful, the king of flowers, and the imitation peony decoration is too old.
