My feedback using three C.- Convenient, Cleanness and Customer Service.
1st. C - the location is a 50meter from the Metro Station—no restaurants around the Hotel. We need to take two stations from the hotel to the Mall where there are plenty of restaurants and Shopping.
2nd Cleanness
The room and the toilet are clean.
The room furniture is not tired-looking.
Towels are changed daily, and so are the shower Gels.
3rd Customer Service is helpful as they assist us in going around Tourist Sites via local Metro and Didi.
Overall, it is worth staying in Luoyang.
Recommend staying three nights in Luoyang. This hotel is highly recommended.

We hired a local Guide, Mr. Spring, to travel to Shaolin Temple and Longmen Grottoes.

I am really satisfied with this hotel. Great location, metro station is just next door. The room is really spacious ,clean and bright with a big window.
(I don’t like to stay in a dark room. )

Hotel is located just beside the metro station and is close to Longmen Railway station as well, making city exploration convenient. Service were excellent too from staff like Judy He, who handled the check-in and out attentively and smoothly.

Good location but there is no restuarant nearby. Room is in good size. Breakfast is good. Only con is that there is smoking smell everywhere in the hotel, smoking is allow in the hotel building??

There is no good service from the customer care department. There are five elevator there one is not for this apartment so if you enter in that lift you will be sticked and none of them will come to rescue you even you call them. Also there no board placed in this lift . So when you book this hotel and use elevator careful and select the elevator. The picture below I can access any floor with my card in this lift

Hotel close to the subway, which you do need to get to the city center and train station.
The one remark is that the beds are very hard, I was walking around with back ache in Luoyang.

Location very near metro so convenient to move around. Not many shops around, more for business stay. Front office staffs are friendly and willing to help. However, room carpet need to change/upgrade, too dated same for bathroom.
