房間環境好，還送了一個冰糕，有洗衣機，熱水器，一次性馬桶墊，一次性拖鞋，設施齊全，很乾凈，床很舒服，很喜歡。

考試前我預訂了這家房間。入住後，我發現環境衞生狀況不太理想，有一兩個燈泡也不亮，好在這對我影響不大。不過房東人真的很好，不僅貼心地給我介紹附近吃飯的地方，在我反映空調不制熱時，下班了還親自趕來幫忙調試。但退房時，按金退還的速度較慢，需要等到前台十二點半上班完成檢查後才處理。我在其他地方退房，都是前腳離開，後腳檢查完就直接退款了。整體體驗還不錯，主要是房東的熱情服務讓人舒心 。

房間隔音略差，如果恰好遇到同層房客半夜用吹風機會比較吵，但是拋開這個概率問題，整體印象很好，房東人很好，民宿房間空間大，衞生也乾淨。

位置很好找，停車非常方便，離小吃街很近，出行方便，門口公交站牌可以到達市內各個景點，房間乾淨衞生，全屋智能，入住體驗感非常好，去洛陽玩非常推薦！
