Located neither in the city centre or at the high-speed railway station, but in between.
The room is okay with a nice view, but it could be cleaner and a few things should definitely be fixed. No wall next to the shower so the whole bathroom gets soaked, and the ventilation doesn't work, so it tends to be humid and smelly.
The reception is hard to locate as it doesn't match with the location on Trip.com, but the receptionist is nice and helpful.

The room is nice, the price is just over 100 on non-holidays, it has a refrigerator, kitchen and washing machine, it is clean and hygienic, the room faces the sun and the environment is quiet, close to the snacks downstairs, especially the freshly braised food downstairs is delicious, I stayed for three days and ate there for three nights, Luoyang has a nice scenery, it is suitable for travel

I went to Luoyang specifically to see the peony flowers. This B&B is newly renovated and worth recommending. Parking is also very convenient, but you have to pay for parking yourself, 3 yuan during the day and 10 yuan overnight. It is not far from all major attractions.
