酒店在細節上做的太棒了，免費接送站服務，接站時舉牌，上車後遞上濕巾和牡丹鮮花餅及水果。老君山爬山回來，送上熱氣騰騰的水餃、酸辣粉，最讓人感動的是送上泡腳盆、葯包、開水瓶，讓我們儘快消除爬山的疲勞。早餐非常豐富，有刺身及大蝦，牛肉湯泡餅、胡辣湯等都很不錯。送站時又送上小紀念品及蘋果，一句話衹有你想不到的，沒有他們家做不到的，各方面都做的那麼的好，沒有一位員工要求給好評！

辦理酒店入住，會讓選擇免費零食，水果。前台和客房服務都很有禮貌，礦泉水提供充足。房間打掃的也乾淨，早餐就有甜蝦，三文魚，廣式早茶可選擇，比較豐盛。我所需要的洗髮水，肥皂，客房也儘量提供，服務是真好。就是設施有些陳舊，洗手池有點小

太滿意了，超出預期，性價比高，服務好，工作人員都非常訓練有素，很貼心。平時都不懶得寫酒店點評。但是這一家，我一定要誇誇。必須鼓勵酒店把這麼優質的經營理念延續下去。
來回都有送站，每天都有小食可點。客房服務人員打掃時發現夥伴有洗衣習慣，就放了一個晾衣架進來。各種貼心小禮物，方便旅途中的客人。外賣也有機器人可以送上來；
酒店在下午還沿街賣酒店餐，味道也不錯，附近居民也都來購買；
整體的體驗都非常好，一百個贊！
加上這次在洛陽，全程打車，網約車司機也都非常彬彬有禮，不隨便搭訕，安安靜靜開車，車內都很整潔，無異味，讓我們對洛陽充滿了好感！

我要説是因為看見視頻推薦的這家酒店，跑到洛陽旅遊，你信嗎？接站時候有水果贈送，到店也有水果零食可以點，帶浴缸的房間一直是我的喜愛，勞頓一天泡個澡的確解乏，自助早餐很驚艷，一早就有海鮮，還有鮮榨果汁，覺得可以配個咖啡機，雖然我很喜歡美式，但畢竟並不是所有人都喜歡，咖啡機可以做成意式，還可以加奶變身😂特色牛肉湯胡辣湯都很好，最滿意的還是服務，基本提出的要求都儘可能滿足。最後離店的時候有點小插曲，我們12點退房，到了下午快四點打電話説，房間裏的避孕套外面的塑料包裝撕開了，我問了倆娃，他們的確好奇拿起來看了，並且當時問了我這是啥東西，我也很認真的回答他們過，但是我也確定他們沒有撕開外包裝。最後酒店把這個扣除的費用退給我了，我也認真想了下，如果真的是我們房間退房以後沒有別人進過，也有可能是孩子的指甲有刮破，但是沒有故意撕開過的，也向酒店表示歉意。

不愧號稱酒店業的胖東來，點贊👍💯💯💯💯實在是太貼心太細緻周到了 衹有想不到沒有酒店做不到的，朋友們都説衹要再來洛陽不入住他們家酒店就會覺得有背叛感，從接站到酒店再到退房送站，全程服務真的超級超級周到，因為我們是7點早班車，酒店自主司機沒上班還特意安排車送我們到站，太早怕我們沒吃早餐，還特意安排餐廳給我們打包了豐盛早餐讓我們在車上吃💯💯💯💯

酒店服務超級超級好，好到你受之不恭，首先有接送機服務，接機（站）時會舉牌，上車有毛巾擦手+特色牡丹餅+水果切，酒店內包括其他前台（除了當天那兩位特自傲、鼻孔沖天的女士外）、自助餐服務、房間保潔、甚至路過的工作人員服務意識都超級贊，早餐也很棒，我們很喜歡，還有老爸最喜歡的三文魚，每天還有自選n多小食，入住第二天溜達回來，房間保潔阿姨看到我洗了內衣，還給我寫了温馨卡片並送了我洗衣液和發片，超級暖心，每天還有小禮物收，我還收到了兩個冰箱貼、小鏡子和一個labubu鑰匙鏈，老公説我是完全被小禮物砸暈了，其實也不全是，我感覺體驗感遠超性價比
