設施：很新 房間裏該有的小細節都有 很齊全 是我住過的同類酒店中智能馬桶不是**的hhhhh
衞生：乾淨的 沒發現什麼沒打掃乾淨的地方，有這個出行就很放心了
環境：無異味，一些設施都很好
服務：服務人員態度好，早餐豐盛的同時服務態度也很好，出門早還給提供打包服務，總體是很滿意的

一如既往選擇亞朵。這家酒店地理位置超好，出門就是地鐵1號線牡丹廣場，無論是去應天門麗景門洛邑古城，還是隋唐遺址植物園、洛陽各個博物館，打車去龍門石窟也就20多分鐘。
設施：床品超級舒服，早餐也很豐盛，比廣州的亞朵要好～
衞生：一如既往乾淨啦，最喜歡可以免費洗烘衣服，貼心得很～
環境：周邊有牡丹廣場、廣州街，很多吃的選擇～
服務：這裏特別感謝小姜，無論提啥訴求都很好地幫我們解決，讓我感受到這個城市的魅力和温度，而且聲音甜美笑容温暖人也漂亮耶～真的很開心每次打前台都是她接聽電話。

洛陽澗西萬達廣場地鐵站亞朵酒店挺好的，到達之前酒店聯繫告知停車事宜，到店後前台小姐姐接待熱情，升級了房型，服務細緻周到，房間設施齊全，衞生好，酒店位置好，去哪裡都方便。早餐不錯。

清明來洛陽看牡丹，選擇了亞朵牡丹廣場店住了兩晚，非常棒！房間很安靜，床品和設施很新，服務也無微不至。早餐非常豐富，能吃到洛陽小吃牛肉湯。下次來洛陽還會入住！

酒店位置好，離地鐵站近，長者家第一次自己去洛陽拍牡丹，覺得酒店服務好，有問題及時處理，前台還協助長者打車到高鐵站，長者家特別交待給好評。

酒店就在地鐵口旁，停車場在酒店邊上不遠，進去要電話聯繫前台。酒店路對面是牡丹廣場，透過走廊的窗子就能看到，穿過去就是廣州路夜市。房間整潔寬敞，乾淨衞生，除了礦泉水，飲料也是免費的。牀頭櫃和桌子上都有手機無線充的位置，這在其他酒店還沒看到過。二樓總服務枱旁邊有洗衣機可以免費洗烘衣服。
