我去過許多城市旅遊，也住過好幾次海友，但是我覺得這家海友是我遇到過的服務最好的一家。
我是來洛陽旅遊的，主要的目的就是看牡丹，這家店離王城公園非常近，走路十來分鐘就到，樓下是居民區，也有很多本地特色的食物。
來誇一下暖心的地方，酒店一樓有一個小暖櫃，裏面放了很多礦泉水，這樣子客人可以直接拿到40多℃的温熱的水喝
其次是給水非常大方，房間裏有四瓶，阿姨打掃衞生的話還會另外多給兩瓶
這裏要誇一下工作人員，烘乾完的衣服如果很久沒有拿，工作人員會幫忙疊好並且放在袋子裏，回來之後可以找前台拿
最後在退房時，這家店還準備了洛陽的伴手禮牡丹酥
所以如果來洛陽旅遊，推薦這家酒店

前櫃服務人員熱情，晨早晚回都會打招呼問候，代訂景點團遊服務態度良好，房務阿姨清潔人員不到位，必須告知才會送來（如廁所衞生紙已用完未補），房內用品大量使用紙杯和礦泉水，有違環保生態之維護。

這次好友出行專程來看牡丹花，訂了海友酒店！乾淨衞生，服務員熱情，裏面設施比較新，離王城公園比較近，走着5分鐘，周邊吃飯方便！退房有免費寄存櫃子比較人性化
