Highly recommended to all. Front desk service was superb nice and friendly, explain in patient. Full of tea smell at lobby area which are feel fresh. There is delivery robot at lobby are convenience for delivery orders. Room are clean, spacious and large. Feel comfortable and warm at room. Light, aircon, curtain are on voice control, high tech advance. Included breakfast and location at highest floor 28th. A lot of choice for breakfast with main dishes, side dishes, appetizers, steam bun, dessert, hot soya and espresso. Overall are feeling satisfied and good for this stay.

酒店房間很大，設施很新，尤其是前台工作人員服務很周到，一次非常愉快的入住體驗，下次還會選擇全季酒店。

酒店地理位置挺好的，對面就是九州池明堂遊玩很方便。酒店居住環境挺不錯的，一應俱全。茶包也挺好喝的。服務總體來説還是不錯的，有問題和需求能夠及時解決。

酒店位置不好，就在九州池邊上，距離萬達幾百米，距離應天門廣場1公里多一點，走走一會就到就。唐宮路上很多小吃店。超市也不算遠。房間從23樓開始，面積很大，智能控制空調窗簾，房間裏還有方餐桌（書桌）。插座也很多。早餐是中式，麪條餛飩餅，煎蛋茶葉蛋，早餐腸，，胡辣湯，小菜水果。這個價位算是非常好。我住的房間，面對隔壁樓，距離也不遠，所以窗簾不太好拉開。服務，有點機械，我是2天預售券➕一天，前台説系統設定，要我一天後再去刷下卡。還有退房那天是我本想商量2點退房，前台服務員衹答應到一點，還説什麼預售券一般都要12點。其實，我也知道預售券優惠，説出來就沒必要了。
