酒店很新很乾凈，洗澡水也很好，有單獨的停車場，這一點在假期的洛邑古城附近非常方便，前台小姐姐人很好，看我們有長者有孩子，很快就給安排好了房間，還給了小朋友伴手禮。

洛陽麗楓酒店洛邑古城店，今天上午11點多到了，告知房間還未打掃出來，我表示可以14點以後入住，前台人員以剛裝修完有味道為由強行推薦我入住隔壁 麗呈睿軒酒店，表示可以在攜程退訂後，到麗呈睿軒酒店一樣的房型，一樣的早餐比麗楓酒店優惠。我直接拒絕。攜程上定的兩米大床房，給安排的一米八的床。沙發上全是黑色毛毛，根本沒打掃，房間全部臨街，隔音不好，晚上睡不好。

洛陽麗楓酒店洛邑古城店，地理位置非常的優越，就在洛邑古城邊上，步行5.6分鐘就可以到達，洛邑古城出來，步行就可以到達東大街，麗景門景區，應天門景區，非常的方便，酒店右邊步行2分鐘就可以到達南關小碗牛肉湯，酒店的左邊還有很多小吃，邊上還有陝甘會所，八路軍住洛陽辦事處，酒店是新裝修的，乾淨，衞生，早餐還行。

環境：周邊環境條件比較好，餐飲、民宿較多，吃飯購物逛街方便。離洛邑古城很近，步行過天橋便到，夜景好看。隔壁便是山陝會館。
設施：基本齊全。房間適中，床品舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，空調給力。沒有洗衣房，建議完善。
衞生：乾淨整潔，清理及時。
服務：保安保潔認真負責，熱情服務，耐心提供幫助。前台辦理入住快捷，態度稍顯冷漠，再熱情些更好。
早餐中規中矩。酒店有停車場，樓前樓側均可停車，方便自駕。
