這個酒店前台服務人員超級差勁
一進來就給我説不能續住明天。是怕我住不起？
設施：洗衣機在七樓 上去特別黑沒人管你就一個洗衣機還不會用 而且 床也是老款的。
衞生：衞生一般看着挺整潔
環境：外面的廣告大牌子都沒有找了半天 才找到前台態度還不好 我們住的時候已經十一點多了
服務：整個就是沒有服務 説送個牙刷上來他問我哪個房裡 我剛説完還沒下一句她就掛了真是

格林豪泰酒店在洛陽老城區政府邊上不遠，因為去政府開會、所以選擇了這家，開會走過去就可以，酒店位置不錯，不遠就有很多飯店，其中一家南關牛肉湯非常好，酒店晚上對面還有小吃夜市，居然有天水麻辣燙。酒店房間挺大的，衞生不錯，性價比高，好評。

在鄭州和洛陽待了好幾天，還是要住這種連鎖的，民宿沒看到好的。這家酒店整體很滿意，價格不貴，距離十字街應天門都不遠，可以共享單車或者地鐵或者打車過去。實話説，這家賓館應該開了好多年了，設施不是很新，但是都還好用。我住酒店最看重洗澡地方，這家很大。

往的地方交通不很方便，市內旅遊衹好打的。其他基本滿意。我連住4天。一來就收我一百按金，我略有點奇怪，畢竟多年不見的做法又重現江湖，而且還是知名連鎖店。苐二天我們外出時不知是誰放一瓶三斤重的大瓶礦泉水在房間，我們沒有動。退房時，她們先電話叫人檢查房間，然後告訴我可以走了，我堅持等錢返回再離開，她們又説衹退95元，我問為什麼，一個小男生言之鑿鑿的説你們消費了一瓶礦泉水，我説你們都檢查過了，苐一我沒要過礦泉水，苐二也沒動過，現在你們再檢查一遍，房間桌子上一瓶3斤重的礦泉水和酒店免費的二瓶500毫升的礦泉水都在。最後一百元退了。我不開心的原因是感覺收按金的坑是為了蒙這5塊錢。真的吃象難看。你檢查房間完畢應該立即退按金，錢的事情難道不該當麪了結嗎？如果我不堅持等按金到賬，還不知道什麼情況呢。給後面的旅客提個醒，一定等按金到帳再離開，什麼事情當面講清最好。
