Pros&Cons :
Location is within Luoyi Ancient City. Although it is nearer to the north gate it felt like the same as from the south gate. There is no direct vehicle access into the tourist place (景区). Be prepared to walk about 500m with your baggage or call in advance to the hotel for assistance.
The reception lobby is 2nd level, unfortunately the escalatilor from street level wasn't working. But thanks to good service staff like XiaoShi(小石), he was helpful in bringing the baggage up. Outside the lobby were a few peacocks which were pleasing to the eyes.
The package came with tea snacks, breakfast and a 3 hr experience with Hanfu （汉服体验）which is like cosplay where you dressed up in traditional chinese outfits and take photos in the ancient city.
So that's great value.
Special shout out to Xiaoshi who asked a few times if there's anything he could be of service.
Overall a comfortable spot for cultural immersion.

The hotel is located in the scenic area and is very exquisitely designed. You can take blockbuster movies in the hotel. There is free afternoon tea every day, and milk and fruit are delivered to the room every day. I arrived at the hotel very early, and the two handsome guys at the front desk also checked me in.
