The hotel is very clean and hygenic. There were some school kids making a lot of noise, as soon as I told the staff about it, they gave me a free upgrade to a business room. As I’m a vegetarian, they made sure they gave me free salad at different times of the day. 5 star rating to Vienna, luoyang branch.

Is at the new town area…. A bit far from the old town
Hotel room and bed quite good
Got free washing machine to use, but the reception instruction to the washing machine area is a bit confuse 🫣 I heard from other guest too when I’m in the lobby from getting to check in….

I saw Vienna Hotel (Luoyang Kaiyuan Avenue Branch) through Ctrip. It had a high score and good reviews, so I decisively placed an order. I arrived in Luoyang at night and navigated to the vicinity of the hotel. First of all, the high-rise buildings were very easy to identify. After registering at the front desk, it was convenient and fast. The manager also upgraded the family suite experience and gave me breakfast. After entering the room, I was very surprised. The room was spacious, fully equipped, and the bedding was clean and hygienic. As a family suite, in addition to 2 standard single beds, there was also a double bed, and the bathtub was the highlight. The hotel also placed green plants, which was really good.
