Scenery Hotel

This is the first time I've given a bad review on Ctrip, and the first time I've booked such a bad hotel. The front desk service attitude was very good, and they even gave me souvenirs, but the hotel is really awful. The room is very small, the facilities are old, and the soundproofing is really too bad. You can hear people talking in the corridor very clearly. There were also two men yelling in the corridor at night, and they knocked on the door, and then said they knocked on the wrong door. I was scared. The experience was really bad. I booked for 2 days, but left after one night. I really couldn't stand it!

The bathroom and shower room only have sliding doors, not even a door. You can imagine how the whole room smells when using the bathroom. The toilet was clogged in the morning. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. I don’t recommend it! ! !

Facilities: The slide and swing in the family room made the two kids very happy. The second child started playing immediately, and the eldest child went swimming. The two guys liked it very much. The room is large and suitable for family travel. Service: The fruit, snacks, and drinks arranged by the hotel for the May Day trip were very warm and delivered every day. The kids ate snacks first when they returned to the room, and then went out for dinner. The staff was warm and generous. During the holiday, they also gave small gifts. It was very thoughtful. The Hanfu given was also very convenient to use. It was on the first floor. You can return it directly after going out to play. Breakfast: There is also steak, which is especially good. The eldest child has a steak every morning. It is delicious. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will choose to stay in this hotel again.
