Sparkling clean and the bed is very comfortable. We specifically liked the dark window shades that blocked out the light very well in the morning. We were able to sleep until 8am due to darkness in the room.

沒遇到過服務這麼差的酒店，到店當天就在裝修，各種臟、亂，第二天一早就叮咣亂砸，而且還斷電，這麼熱的天沒有空調，熱**，跟前台反應，就跟沒聽見似的，真是無語了。

選擇了古城裡位置比較好的一家酒店，訂的350一間大床房，這裏沒有早餐，不過古城裡麪和周圍吃飯都很方便。酒店服務特別好，最後還給延遲了退房時間。前台和客房服務員都特別親切，禮貌。酒店的環境也很好，在古城裡算規模比較大的，26間客房，其中還有套房。房間很安靜，兩層窗户，床也很舒服，洗澡水不錯，遊玩一天回來可以休息的很好。就是每次出行都不能到門口，因為約車走或者回來都是要在古城西門或者南門的門口處，從酒店走到那大概五分鐘，因為古城面積不大。從另一邊走就是很熱鬧的街區，十字街、麗景門、應天門。洛陽約車真的很便宜，古城門口到龍門車站20塊錢，去白馬寺14塊錢、去龍門石窟18塊錢，去其他地方基本就幾塊錢。

房間空間還比較大，但第一天到店已隱約聞到一股臭味，前台説透透氣就好，進了房間發現浴室的簾子特別臟，黃黃的，還有很多黑色黴點，我投訴，她説房間都是這樣，要等新簾子到貨才能換。我清楚這是她們的敷衍藉口，但因為我是和媽媽一起來玩，她年紀大，不想再折騰，就沒有堅持換房，那知道晚上洗澡後，臭味越來越濃，再次投訴，前台接待到房間看了，卻説她聞不到，要我們把洗手間門關上，先睡一晚上，第二天早上才能換房。那一晚我們都不敢進洗手間。第二天早上，酒店幫我換了另一間房間，臭味沒有了，但浴簾還是臟臟的。酒店客房服務比較好，但硬件有待提高，清潔要加強，特別是洗手間。酒店在古城景區，位置很好，有特色。

服務超讚，老闆非常熱情。房間設施不錯，入住水果很喜歡，送的水也很多。我們晚上碰到了問題，無人機飛到酒店外面頂上，店員和老闆非常熱心幫忙，借梯子，找物業，忙前忙後，特別感動。也感謝附近大疆無人機的小姐姐幫忙。開封人民真是友好又熱情。十分好評，萬分感謝。建議老闆招牌做的再顯眼點，生意興隆。
