設施較查，櫃子裏面的燈關不住，詢問工作人員説可以關，師傅來了又説不可以關，出問題一點解決問題的方案都沒有，也不説換房，就硬生生的亮了一夜，隔音效果極其的差，非常影響睡眠，

房間非常滿意。一連做了兩天。近着洛邑古城。步步五分鐘就到。樓下還有漢服化粧。兩旁一條街都是小吃街。房間整潔。衞生要乾淨。是一次非常好的入住體驗。

避雷，避雷，避雷重要事情説三次。第一價格不便宜。第二 不知道網上評價是怎麼來的，親子房就是加了個鋼絲床，被子有臭味，枕頭髮黃都是破洞。洗手枱上從縫裡爬蟲子。半夜差點凍死。也就是太晚了不值當換地方了。晚上拿外賣偶遇對門的出去買一次性枕巾，床單。我們全家穿衣服睡，真的比90年代旅館還差。

就大家自己看吧，進去沙發上坐了十五分鐘然後出去吃飯，出門的時候就感覺毛巾不乾淨枕頭也是太空艙那種很簡陋的枕頭，軟還薄，吃飯的時候我們想了想還是無法接收400塊錢住這種環境，搜了小紅書全是吐槽的，**評分5.0不知道怎麼評的，攜程上一堆想退退不了的😄，我們想着我們也不算時間長，吃完飯也就離開房一個小時，想退前台説什麼也不給退了，説11.了賣不出去，旅遊旺季哎，最後進店訂房的都有三四個人。老闆電話我們一個接一個打就是不接到最後我們第二天離開洛陽了還是一個電話都沒給回過來。説到這個前台，我希望酒店如果不行那就請一個嘴厲害點腦子聰明點的前台啊😄，從閑人免進員工通道出來一個人上廁所，告訴我這是客人，告訴我酒店沒有獨立廁所很正常，你哪怕告訴我是廚師保安也行啊。
同樣是河南，從三輪到酒店，洛陽為什麼不向許昌學習學習呢🙃，白馬寺三輪和賣香火的一個一個****的，不坐不買就白你蛐蛐你，洛陽交通就不能好好給車多規劃幾個點兒嘛，衹能不停去禁行？以後是不會再來了，另外告訴大家，攜程客服很頂用，遇事解決不了就打人工就好了。

酒店位置優越，就在洛邑古城旁邊，距離隋唐大運河博物館也不遠，喜歡漢服拍照的會滿意，酒店大堂以及周邊全是漢服租借粧造的，比飯館多多了，酒店房間環境衞生實在一般，設施比較舊，早餐種類也比較少，而且平台與酒店實際優惠政策也不同，去了辦理入住才被告知，體驗感實在很差。
