It was clean and friendly. The hotel os close to everything nut the view was not so great and the breakfast options was from a very tiny table and only chinese food.

Very poor, the facilities are very old, not clean, I don't know how so many reviews come from, the bathroom is very smelly. The curtains do not block the light, and the so-called fruit plate is cucumbers, tomatoes and milk. I never give comments, I am too lazy to comment, but the more than 400 yuan is really not worth it. 必須滿分好評，非常適合自駕的酒店，交通便利好找，酒店自己有停車場可以直接停酒店門口，自助早餐豐富好吃，服務很好每天都有換新點心果盤，電視空調遙控器有消毒塑封（潔癖黨福音）退房還送了伴手禮包，下次來洛陽還會住的。對了酒店樓下就是公交地鐵站，去龍門石窟公交半小時不建議開車，地鐵至市中心應天門/洛邑古城不到一小時也很不錯的。

親子房設定三口之家出行方便，也是周邊性價比最高的親子房。房間非常乾淨，24小時供電，空氣凈化器可24小時開放，無任何異味。入住前空調提前開放，非常暖和。每天提供電動牙刷、木梳子及其他一次性用品，而且每天一盤水果、小點心，還有服務員手寫的温馨提示，非常暖心。服務枱小姐姐，漂亮温柔大方，還貼心贈送了服務項目。每次電梯遇到工作人員，都會微笑問好。早餐廳雖然不大，但中西餐都有，家常便飯，尤其適合長者、孩子胃口。大廳可以點午、晚餐，持房卡打8.8折，菜量很大，口感不錯，相比宴天下價位非常合適。唯一不足就是酒店部分設施稍顯陳舊。

這個房間很大，住四個人綽綽有餘！定好房間，酒店就打電話，提前開了兩個房間空調，送了小吃，臨走送了水果，前台服務也特別好。酒店早餐還是可以的，雖然酒店設施稍微老點，但是細節足夠完美，電動牙刷，服務貼心。

各種貼心禮遇和温情服務為住店過程和離店添加了驚喜，以彌補酒店年齡和設施的不足，隔音效果很好；酒店地理位置非常好，出門就是地鐵，去高鐵站和跟團一日遊接送點都非常方便。美中不足的是早餐，蒸檔包點、水餃包、紅薯是冷的，服務人員沒有積極處理

下面客觀的來評價酒店。
首先説前台和客房服務，是我目前為止，感受到最好的服務。三四千一晚的五星級酒店也住過，北京上海三亞都有，就是感覺虛頭巴腦。這個酒店，辦理入住時，前台快速辦理，順便熱情地送上薑茶，感覺心裏暖暖的。辦好房卡到了房間，更是感覺到舒服，提前準備好的塑料拖鞋，先把空調打好，提前準備好了，歡迎水果。飲用水不限量供應。牙刷是電動牙刷。毛巾是一次性的毛巾。客房的細節的用心，好多五星級酒店的汗顏。
下面我來説説不好的，
就是餐飲，總共在酒店吃了兩頓。一頓是晚餐，一個是早餐。感覺都是非常的差。我是六點鐘去的餐廳，從頭到尾，兩個服務員不停的打電話，好像是在討論哪個房間訂錯餐的事。講話之大聲，都讓我覺得煩躁。女兒説，好想讓她們閉嘴，吵的人耳朵嗡嗡的，然後到第二天的早餐。這個早餐時間就很奇葩，七點到九點，漢庭的早餐時間都要到十點半，你覺得早餐就到九點？然後早餐給女兒點了一碗混沌。我滴個乖乖！那個餛飩皮厚的。最主要的師傅一點都不耐煩。牛奶沒有了，不加牛奶，豆漿機倒不出來，沙糖桔的皮厚的根本撥不動。
總之就是優點和缺點特別明顯。
客房和前台的優點那裡特別舒服。
餐飲的缺點，讓你無法忍受。
