神都之行非常愉快，在此特別感謝酒店李想小姐姐的熱情服務，從諮詢，預訂，入住，到離店都給予了無微不至的關懷，推薦的老君山一日遊也相當棒。不在崗的休息時間也為我解答了好多疑問，推薦了好多正宗美食。酒店房間設施設備，一次性用品齊全，空調很給力，電視尺寸也非常大。再次感謝李想小姐姐的專業服務，值得推薦！

停車場非常大，有前院和後院，對自駕遊的朋友非常友好，特別值得一提的是，他們家的飲用水足夠充足，酒店除了為客户提供瓶裝水以外，還提供了小型的桶裝純凈水充分的滿足遊客的需求，這一點非常的棒，前台有免費的奶茶和橙汁飲用機，感覺非常好，不足之處就是房間有點小，如果東西太多的話，就會沒有地方放

這次和朋友一起去洛陽看牡丹，選了很多房間，最後選定這家店入住太正確了。位置很好，出行方便，房間乾淨衞生，飲水機特別讓人放心，性價比很高。印象最深刻的是前台小李服務太好了，堪稱金牌服務，給我們提供了很多幫助，特別感謝她。下次到洛陽肯定還住這家酒店。

服務意識極差。我們早早訂好了高級雙床房（因為床是1.35米，稍寬），告知店家是兩大兩小（兩個女士分別帶着女兒）。結果晚上到了之後告訴我衹剩一樓大廳前台旁的房間，見圖1畫圈處，這地方真是奇葩，沒見過那個酒店在這兒設定房間的，吃相太難看。我們要求調房，還剩商務雙（床1.2，太小，我們孩子都10歲了），家庭房1間。前台説衹能調商務雙，家庭房不能調，已經晚上11點左右了，寧可空着也不能升級。最後聯繫的經理，説了半天給調了。
第二天一早吃飯，我們趕時間，我帶着兩個孩子先下去了，保安門口要票，食堂阿姨一邊聚在一起吃飯一邊説，超過一個孩子，就要收一個孩子的錢，後來又改口每個孩子都要錢，方言很嚴重，還一邊吃飯一邊説，我聽了半天才聽明白。我説等一下我的同伴到了問問她怎麼和前台商量的，由於趕時間我讓兩個孩子先去打飯了。這時候，快一米八大個兒的保安老頭，呵斥兩個孩子，不交錢不許吃！我當時既氣憤又震驚，從沒有見過素質這麼低的保安，居然呵斥兩個10歲的小姑娘。我説要投訴，保安説，你愛上哪投訴上哪投訴！
後來我同伴下樓説昨天入住前台並沒有説孩子收費，就給了兩個早餐券，自然就認為孩子是免費的，我後來問了前台早餐規則，補了早餐費。
晚上睡覺，被罩也不知道是什麼材質的，翻個身嘩嘩響，聲音很大，不但自己睡不好，還影響其他人。
房間內沒有礦泉水，居然也沒有水壺，想喝現要！
保安快一米八老頭，每天會出現在不同地方，前台客人休息區坐着，要麼是餐廳坐着，要麼在樓裏晃悠。也不知道這保安是老闆家的長輩還是什麼，比客人還悠閑，比老闆還無理！真是醉了
早飯種類很少，吝嗇的很。
帶娃全國到處旅遊，這是我見過服務最差的旅店！
可以説是給洛陽文旅丟盡了臉面，給十三朝古都和洛陽人的待客之道造成了負面影響。想旅遊保持好心情的不要住，相信我這個酒店配不上你！

位置方便，很近地鐵站，去應天門和洛邑古城幾個站，遠一點的景點打車也不遠，出行方便
空間雖然不是很大，但夠用，熱水很熱，吹風筒也可以，長頭髮吹着也不費勁
前台服務挺好的，免費升級了房間，但升級後好像空間更小了哈哈哈
