Luoyang Hotels with Airport pickup service

Very good, new facilities, large rooms. Many service staff. All very enthusiastic. I checked in early with Ctrip points. Because it was check-out time and many rooms were being cleaned, the front desk helped upgrade the business room. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, with Western, Chinese and local characteristics. There are many waiters in the restaurant and the service is very good. The gym is also good, with new and complete facilities. There is also a sunny swimming pool. Overall, I am very satisfied, but the downside is that there is an elevator that makes too much noise when it is running. Because the room is close to the elevator, it is more obvious. There are not as many restaurants around as in the old city, but fortunately, they are not too far away by taxi.

This is really a hotel worthy of praise and recommendation. In addition to some regular services, it also provides free pick-up and drop-off stations. The service of this hotel is not just to solve the problems or requests you raise, but also to take the initiative to pay attention to what needs the guests may have. Seeing that you are wearing glasses, they will give you a lens cloth. Seeing that you like to make tea in the room, they will give you 2L of Yibao. When you are having breakfast and find that you don’t have anything to drink, they will come over and ask you if you want something to drink and then bring it to you. After checking in, they will put your ID card in a card holder and hand it to you. This hotel is really attentive to the details of the service. I have stayed in many mid- to high-end hotels, and Christine is the first one with such attentive service. The dust cover of their wine glasses says ”Specialized perfection, almost demanding”. They really do this. I am very glad that I chose Christine among so many hotels in Luoyang. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will still choose here!

Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. Very nice theme room with excellent services. They use wechat to communicate and usually instant response. I have requested extra bottle waters, toothbrushes, nail clip, shave and etc all delivered to our room in 5 to 10mins. Excellent services. Keep up good work.

Good place as its literally right in front of the subway entrance from where you can easily get to Longmen rail station for the HSR or the bus to Longmen Grotto's. Place is on the older side but the suite is quite spacious with a separate living room and everything worked fine. There's a few of malls with several restaurants across the street

The room decoration is simple, the overall feeling is very comfortable, the cleaning is relatively clean, and there is free parking. It is very close to Longmen Grottoes, Luoyang Museum, Dingding Gate, Yingtian Gate, and Luoyi Ancient City can also be reached by subway. There are buses at the door and shared electric cars are very convenient to go everywhere. The lady at the front desk is very patient in her service. Friends who come to Luoyang can check in and experience it!

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

I stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, in the city center. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are complete. The front desk service attitude is very good. I checked in at around 11 o'clock in the evening, and they also gave me fruits, snacks and yogurt, which was very considerate.

I went to Luoyang for the Dragon Boat Festival and booked a special room at Aviation City Hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and the check-in was efficient. I didn't have high expectations for the special room, but the room was large and clean. The buffet breakfast was also good with a wide variety of options. There is a special tourist bus to Laojun Mountain at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. It's very convenient to go out for shopping and eating at night. The subway station is just 300 meters away from the hotel. The overall feeling of this stay is very good, it is highly recommended.
