I recommend staying here to families, international or domestic, for a few reasons: very friendly and professional services at check in and check out, housekeeping was top notch, the breakfast menu each morning had authentic Chinese menu. Ask about drop services if traveling by trains. The location is convenient to two malls, directly across from them. There were amazing food shops on the top floors of the Wanda Mall, where there were natives to of Luoyang eat and shop. The locals can tell definitely spot tourists. We visited the Buddhist Grottoes in Longmen and stayed in Luoyang.

It was a pleasant surprise to choose this hotel for this trip! The room turned out to be floor heating! It was so unexpected. The room had two oversized sinks and 100-year-old mountain mineral water. All kinds of drinks are free. As soon as I entered the room, it was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, which completely eliminated the fatigue of the journey. The facilities are complete and easy to use, the front desk service is very warm and will come again next time.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

I came to Luoyang with my friends. I searched for hotels near Mudan Square on Ctrip. After comparing several hotels, I booked Xinyouyi. The location is very good. It is opposite the subway entrance. The room is relatively clean. The lobby is very grand. The breakfast is also OK. There are many kinds. Every waiter from the front desk to the room is very enthusiastic. There are also souvenirs and fruit plates in the room. There is a short-haired lady at the front desk with the employee number 0805 who patiently introduced us to the attractions and routes in the city. I had a very happy trip to Luoyang. I recommend this hotel.

Through staying and visiting again, my impression of Luoyang is great! It is indeed the ancient capital of the 13th Dynasty, with a deep historical and cultural heritage. The shock of the Longmen Grottoes and the collection of the museum are breathtaking. The overall feeling of the city is both ancient and energetic, the streets are clean, and the locals they meet are also very friendly. I feel conflicted when writing a review for this hotel. From the appearance and lobby of the hotel, it is indeed ”high-end” (see attached photos), and it is definitely up to the four-star standard. The hotel is eye-catching when you first see it. The hotel's restaurant can accommodate more than 200 people dining at the same time, which can meet the needs of medium-sized meetings. There are dozens of private rooms with rich decorations to meet the dining choices of different guests. The six of us spent only more than 200 yuan for a dinner. The dishes were large in quantity and tasted good, especially the price was relatively affordable. The guest rooms are average, and the facilities in the room feel old because they were established earlier. The bed in room 813 where we stayed had serious abnormal noises, which affected the guests' sleep. The other bed also had a squeak, but it was slightly lighter. The bathroom is narrow, so guests have to take a bath in the bathtub. In addition, the faucet cannot be moved, which is very likely to cause harm to the elderly and people with limited mobility. This is a major flaw of the hotel (see photos). The basin is blocked. Although the hotel is a four-star hotel, I feel that the service awareness of the hotel front desk staff is somewhat different from the four-star service standards, and they need to be carefully trained. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, and the guests are generally satisfied. Here I would like to especially praise the master surnamed Chen who directs the vehicles outside the gate. He is not only responsible for the vehicle command, but also carefully explains the main attractions and walking routes of Luoyang to us drivers and passengers from other places. This is definitely a highlight of the hotel and deserves praise. I hope the hotel will go to a higher level.

The room was nice. I always choose this hotel when I come to Luoyang on business. Zhou He, the front desk, was warm and thoughtful. He also helped to send the luggage to the room when checking in.
