Nice hotel with a great location. Subway is just in front of the hotel. Great hospitality with helpful and attentive service staff. Noticed that we liked tea and gave a couple more satchels. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

Good place as its literally right in front of the subway entrance from where you can easily get to Longmen rail station for the HSR or the bus to Longmen Grotto's. Place is on the older side but the suite is quite spacious with a separate living room and everything worked fine. There's a few of malls with several restaurants across the street

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake, my friend and his family of three came to Luoyang to visit relatives. When we checked into the hotel lobby, we saw the peony flowers that were originally in bloom in April. The New Year's festive atmosphere was strong. The room was very clean, tidy, warm and comfortable, and the children were given small New Year gifts. The hotel has convenient transportation, and it is very convenient and fast to go to the attractions. It is comfortable to stay away from home, and the travel experience feels immediately upgraded.

The room decoration is simple, the overall feeling is very comfortable, the cleaning is relatively clean, and there is free parking. It is very close to Longmen Grottoes, Luoyang Museum, Dingding Gate, Yingtian Gate, and Luoyi Ancient City can also be reached by subway. There are buses at the door and shared electric cars are very convenient to go everywhere. The lady at the front desk is very patient in her service. Friends who come to Luoyang can check in and experience it!

Reminds me of when I was travelling around China 20 years ago, in a good way. The style is the luxurious style of government own 4 stars hotel of the time, but it has been very well maintained and upgraded where needed. Everybody who works there is extremely kind, front desk, back office, room cleaners, always smiling and making you feel welcome and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Heater, in winter , is warm and comfortable. Overall 2 good nights and I'll be here again. Of course it's not Island Shangrila HK.

This hotel is on the top of a 30-level office complex, it is not very close to the town center, it takes about 15-20 minutes taxi to the old town tourist area. However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.

Old-fashioned hotel, very close to Wangcheng Park, convenient for viewing peonies. Service is good, breakfast is OK, transportation is convenient, parking is convenient, elevator is fast and quiet. But the hotel's soft furnishings are too old, and the look is not good. I hope to change the carpets and other fabrics. The colors look earthy and old. Peony is so beautiful, the king of flowers, and the imitation peony decoration is too old.

The service staff was very nice. I didn't like the purple vine curtains, so they changed them to blue for me. It was great! The room was full these days, and the dried petals were out of stock. The flowers I ordered, the tableware and drinks I ordered for dinner in the evening took more than an hour to be delivered. There was no tableware when it was delivered, and they said they were out of stock. There were disposable chopsticks, but I couldn't wait any longer. I went outside the room and saw the waiter delivering things, so I asked for chopsticks. The main reason was that there were too many people, and the delivery had to be arranged.
