Manxin Hotels in Luoyang

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

Luoyang International Hotel is worthy of the old five-star rating: 1. Environment: It was renovated last year, and the combination of modern simplicity and regional culture is appropriate. The room has wireless charging, electric curtain welcome mode, fully automatic air purifier, wet and dry separation smart toilet in the bathroom, etc., which are very comfortable; the public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and swimming pool are designed with cultural heritage and style. 2. Breakfast: The dining area is spacious and transparent, and the Chinese + Western food is rich in variety and high in quality. There are absolutely no added fresh juices, Japanese sushi rice balls, ice cream, and more than a dozen Western desserts, etc.... These buffet breakfasts are not enough to make you full and eat well. The restaurant service staff also actively informs guests that if they go out to play, they can pack food and drinks, and bring you a packing box... It's really pampering guests at all costs! 3. Service: From the etiquette staff who welcome guests, to the front desk staff who check in, to the restaurant waiters, every move shows professionalism, enthusiasm and discretion, caring but not excessively disturbing, which makes people feel comfortable. A few flaws: 1. The pool water temperature, environment, supplies, drinks and towels are all very good, but the shower room in the pool has a problem with poor drainage - I changed 3 flushing positions in a row, and there was water accumulation, and the blocked hair floated up and floated everywhere, which was a bit disappointing. 2. During non-travel peak periods + weekdays, the accommodation price is a bit expensive.

This is really a hotel worthy of praise and recommendation. In addition to some regular services, it also provides free pick-up and drop-off stations. The service of this hotel is not just to solve the problems or requests you raise, but also to take the initiative to pay attention to what needs the guests may have. Seeing that you are wearing glasses, they will give you a lens cloth. Seeing that you like to make tea in the room, they will give you 2L of Yibao. When you are having breakfast and find that you don’t have anything to drink, they will come over and ask you if you want something to drink and then bring it to you. After checking in, they will put your ID card in a card holder and hand it to you. This hotel is really attentive to the details of the service. I have stayed in many mid- to high-end hotels, and Christine is the first one with such attentive service. The dust cover of their wine glasses says ”Specialized perfection, almost demanding”. They really do this. I am very glad that I chose Christine among so many hotels in Luoyang. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will still choose here!

Hotel is located just beside the metro station and is close to Longmen Railway station as well, making city exploration convenient. Service were excellent too from staff like Judy He, who handled the check-in and out attentively and smoothly.

Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. Special thank you to Cuixia Xu for the soothing chrysanthemum tea and client manager Xiao Xin for taking care of us so well during our stay. 华美达酒店地理位置极佳，附近有超市，购物中心，瑞信咖啡和肯德基就在楼下。房间干净整洁。尤其要感谢徐翠霞女士给我们放的菊花茶，还有房间小管家小欣的关照，使我们宾至如归。

We had a wonderful stay at Moxy YiShu Cultural district in Xian last week. Design of the hotel is a step forward from 'old school' & is full of vitality. Its central location right next to the Bell Tower is so convenient to visitors. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Joy from the front desk took us to the bus stop after work to ensure that we could find our way the subsequent morning. Her colleagues at the front desk working the morning shift are equally helpful in working out WeChat payments with us. The team really made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend Moxy to anyone visiting Xian.

This hotel is very close to Lijingmen metro station. It's very easy to go to Lijingmen and Yingjingmen. The room of hotel is quiet clean. The room is considered as small but okay. When I checked out the hotel, I was given a local souvenir.

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

I love Ibis, but this Ibis is the best because of the wonderful lady on the reception, her name is CICI. Thank you very much for your help 😌 i felt home 🏡 Ibis hotel overall is good, that's we know))) location is amazing, not far away from Louyang Longmen railway station 🚉 and near a big Mall. It was noisy, but after 23:00-24:00 became silent.
