當天逛完龍門石窟以後來酒店辦理的入住，當時已經很晚了，但是前台小哥哥們特別熱情耐心的幫忙拿行李，在大廳等候時服務也特別周到第一時間端上來茶水，前台也是發自內心的微笑迎接。客房內也準備了新鮮的入住水果。衞生方面細節做的很到位。配套的洗衣房烘乾機都十分乾淨，完全做到了入住無憂。早餐種類十分豐富，中西都有，吃了2天都沒覺得膩。在這裏特別得誇一下前台小哥哥，我們是21號離店，但是24號回家才發現，因為我個人的疏忽烘乾的衣服沒帶回來，前台小哥哥又幫我聯繫客房打掃，又幫我調監控去洗衣房找。最後真的幫我找到了！小哥哥説衹要是在酒店遺落的東西，都會幫忙給郵寄回來的，必須給點贊！當然以上我的評價，不只是因為這一件事，而是酒店的確方方面面都做到了，性價比超高，服務跟配套設施完全跟得上。祝漫心酒店一路長虹，越來越好！

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

✅ Comfortable guest rooms: The executive room we stayed in was spacious, with a wide view from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the softness of the bedding was called ”sleeping in the cloud”. The soundproofing was excellent and no noise from the corridor could be heard. It felt that this room was larger than the parent-child room and there was a bathtub. ✅ Surprise breakfast: The buffet breakfast had a rich variety, including Henan-style spicy soup and beef soup cooked on the spot! Chinese and Western food ✅ Thoughtful and meticulous service, clean and tidy Summary: Worth recommending It is a cost-effective choice that is worth recommending for both business and family travel. Although there are minor flaws, the service quality is enough to make up for it.

This is really a hotel worthy of praise and recommendation. In addition to some regular services, it also provides free pick-up and drop-off stations. The service of this hotel is not just to solve the problems or requests you raise, but also to take the initiative to pay attention to what needs the guests may have. Seeing that you are wearing glasses, they will give you a lens cloth. Seeing that you like to make tea in the room, they will give you 2L of Yibao. When you are having breakfast and find that you don’t have anything to drink, they will come over and ask you if you want something to drink and then bring it to you. After checking in, they will put your ID card in a card holder and hand it to you. This hotel is really attentive to the details of the service. I have stayed in many mid- to high-end hotels, and Christine is the first one with such attentive service. The dust cover of their wine glasses says ”Specialized perfection, almost demanding”. They really do this. I am very glad that I chose Christine among so many hotels in Luoyang. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will still choose here!

Nice hotel with a great location. Subway is just in front of the hotel. Great hospitality with helpful and attentive service staff. Noticed that we liked tea and gave a couple more satchels. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable.

Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay at Moxy YiShu Cultural district in Xian last week. Design of the hotel is a step forward from 'old school' & is full of vitality. Its central location right next to the Bell Tower is so convenient to visitors. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. Joy from the front desk took us to the bus stop after work to ensure that we could find our way the subsequent morning. Her colleagues at the front desk working the morning shift are equally helpful in working out WeChat payments with us. The team really made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend Moxy to anyone visiting Xian.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

I love Ibis, but this Ibis is the best because of the wonderful lady on the reception, her name is CICI. Thank you very much for your help 😌 i felt home 🏡 Ibis hotel overall is good, that's we know))) location is amazing, not far away from Louyang Longmen railway station 🚉 and near a big Mall. It was noisy, but after 23:00-24:00 became silent.
