The front desk staff will call to confirm your room before entering. The lobby isn't large, but it's thoughtfully decorated. The front desk ladies always stand up to greet you. The room is well-planned, and the bed is very comfortable. The small sofa and coffee table are also very convenient. The separate wet and dry areas are convenient for use. The rain shower head easily splashes water outside, so a straight-down shower head would be more convenient for washing your hair. There's no odor in the room, and the Xiaodu smart phone is excellent. The housekeeping service is very personalized, always able to solve any problems I have, and is very warm and considerate. The breakfast has a variety of stir-fries, which, if you're used to eating stir-fries in the morning, will satisfy your daily needs. The soy milk is my favorite, very thick. Oh, and the subway is great. I love commuting.

Transportation: The hotel is one stop from Luoyang Railway Station to Guohuayuan Station. The bus stop at the door can be seamlessly transferred. Food: There are many foods on Zhuangyuanhong Road nearby, beef soup in the morning, tofu soup, and barbecue in the evening. Hotel facilities: newly renovated rooms, there is a slight smell, it is recommended to put some green plants. Hygiene and clean, the small facilities that appear are solved as soon as possible. There is free parking. There is also a laundry dryer and gym on the second floor. Service: Good front desk service, check in at 4 am to help upgrade the room for free. Suggestion: The laundry room can prepare some bags to put clean clothes. The room facilities can be checked by the way when cleaning, to avoid problems when guests use them. Recommended: Thank you for the peony cake sent by the store. Next time you come to Luoyang, you will still live here.

The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon arrival, someone greeted us and helped with our luggage. A lovely lady at the front desk assisted us with check-in, and another charming staff member brought us drinks, even reminding us that the ice cream was complimentary. The location is extremely convenient; right outside, you'll find a bus stop and Metro Exit C. It's also very close to Lijing Gate and Yingtian Gate. The hygiene was excellent; the place was impeccably clean, and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The room features smart controls (Xiaodu) for the TV and lighting. The hotel itself is quite new. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Luoyang.
