1. Environment: It was renovated last year, and the combination of modern simplicity and regional culture is appropriate. The room has wireless charging, electric curtain welcome mode, fully automatic air purifier, wet and dry separation smart toilet in the bathroom, etc., which are very comfortable; the public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and swimming pool are designed with cultural heritage and style.
2. Breakfast: The dining area is spacious and transparent, and the Chinese + Western food is rich in variety and high in quality. There are absolutely no added fresh juices, Japanese sushi rice balls, ice cream, and more than a dozen Western desserts, etc.... These buffet breakfasts are not enough to make you full and eat well. The restaurant service staff also actively informs guests that if they go out to play, they can pack food and drinks, and bring you a packing box... It's really pampering guests at all costs!
3. Service: From the etiquette staff who welcome guests, to the front desk staff who check in, to the restaurant waiters, every move shows professionalism, enthusiasm and discretion, caring but not excessively disturbing, which makes people feel comfortable.
A few flaws:
1. The pool water temperature, environment, supplies, drinks and towels are all very good, but the shower room in the pool has a problem with poor drainage - I changed 3 flushing positions in a row, and there was water accumulation, and the blocked hair floated up and floated everywhere, which was a bit disappointing.

I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

This stay at Fengxiang Hot Spring can be called an ultimate healing journey! From the moment I stepped in, I was wrapped in tenderness - the staff provided meticulous service. Every night, they cleaned the hot spring pool for me on time, put warm spring water in place, and took the initiative to help me wash my clothes. This kind of care and kindness made me feel like I was back home.
The lights in the courtyard were hazy and poetic, decorating the night with a romantic and dreamy look. Lying in the hot pool, I could see the bright stars when I looked up, and there was only the sound of gurgling water in my ears. The fatigue of the day quietly dissipated in the hot air. After taking a bath, I fell asleep with full body and mind relaxation, and the quality of sleep increased sharply!

The room is on the attic balcony, with washing machine, clothesline.
Just go to Yingtianmen and cross the road at the entrance of the alley.
Downstairs you can park the Halloween battery car, other battery cars need to go to the entrance of the alley to stop or ride.
To go to Xigong Snack Street is recommended to ride a battery car, very close.
One night the whole street had a power outage. The boss informed us in advance and actively solved the problem. He rented a generator and the power outage lasted about ten minutes. The next day due to gate problems stopped for more than half an hour, the boss apologized and gave out red envelopes.
There is a beef soup breakfast shop on the road from the alley to Yingtianmen. The spicy soup and cakes are delicious and cheap.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

The location is very good, just on the hillside next to the Longmen Bridge in the scenic area, very close to the ticket gate. After visiting the attractions, you can take the electric car and pass by the hotel entrance. You can get off directly and walk less. The service was excellent, friendly and fast. The pick-up and drop-off point booked by Ctrip is very good value, with no waiting time and direct point-to-point service. The breakfast is nutritious and tastes good. We went to Dongshan Hotel for dinner, which is a little far from the food street outside the scenic area. The two hotels directly provide battery cars for pick-up, which is quite convenient. This is the photo of Longmen Grottoes and Yi River taken at the bridge in front of the hotel the next morning. They are so beautiful.

GGuest UserExcellent hostel. I’ve visited more than 20 cities around China, and this hostel has the best leisure facilities: two large pool tables (the one on the left is really good), a big screen for movies and classic “Fred Quimby” Tom & Jerry, plus a gaming screen and handsets.
They sell strong Trappist beers. Okay, the fridges with beers in should be a lot colder than they are, but at least for strong beer like Trappist beer, this doesn’t matter.
There is a 100-yuan deposit on arriving, but as promised this was repaid into the account it was paid from at midday (12:07).
The woman boss has excellent local down-to-earth, great-quality food tips. They only speak a little English at the front desk, but they’re very quick and efficient at translating from Chinese to English on their phones.
They have a rule I’ve never come across before after traveling very many countries: the washing machine can’t be used for underwear! But I remonstrated with them and they waived this rule.
The beds have curtains for privacy. When I arrived, the room was too warm and stuffy, but they agreed to turn down the cooling system a little for the whole hostel to help.

SSigsigThe room was perfectly fine. Due to confusion at our time we had to cancel it and the time window in which it was possible to cancel for free - ended. The hotel staff did everything in their power to cancel for us and for us to get the full amount back - this is not obvious. thanks

It has convenient transportation and is suitable for departure, arrival and transfer. The hotel has convenient transportation in the city, 50 meters away from Luoyang Railway Station subway station and 60 meters away from Luoyang Station bus stop. There are many restaurants and shops around, selling all kinds of Luoyang special snacks. The only drawback is that the hotel's sound insulation is not good, I hope it can be improved. Overall, it is worth recommending!
