房間寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，前台熱情專業，需求秒迴應。酒店位置便利，24小時供暖，停車免費，床墊軟硬適中，衞生間乾濕分離設計貼心，從入住到退房全程滿意，下次出差旅行必選碌曲縣諾沛兒酒店。

浴室漏水，洗一會那個水就滲出來了（不是溢出來，是從下面滲出來），洗完澡整個廁所都是水，而且廁所有股異味，杯子很臟全是茶垢，被子上有黃黃的污漬，摸上去硬的，不知道這個酒店到底有沒有洗過這些被套，而且地上還有餅乾碎，這説明清潔的時候不細心，隔音效果也很差，大概早上七點半的時候就被吵醒
