酒店在碌曲縣算還是比較大的，房間寬敞乾淨，窗外景色不錯，暖氣很好，冬天進屋都很暖和，床品還算乾淨，洗澡水也很熱，門口就可以停車，很方便。

我們一行昨天從臨潭來到了碌曲縣，先游完了則岔石林景區後來到酒店入住。酒店前台小妹非常熱情，有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店二樓有餐廳，吃的非常不錯。早餐自助餐豐盛，服務人員都很客氣。是旅行度假的合適酒店。

房間裏面燒水壺壞了，打電話叫前台給送一個，打了三次才送來，結果是一個滿是水垢的壺，再次打電話給前台，前台回覆就是這樣的，就把電話掛了！要是大人喝水也就忍了，關鍵是給小孩子沖奶粉。簡直對不起四百多的價！建議避坑！

設施：24小時熱水，房間挺大的，挺敞亮。屋內的熱水壺屬實該更新一批了，如果喜歡喝熱水的朋友又很在意衞生建議自帶一個吧。
衞生：圖一是入住的房間，不要用五星級標準要求，就是單純的住一宿，還可以吧。
環境：早晨打開窗簾依山傍水，圖二就是在屋內窗邊拍的。
服務：服務員的普通話勉強算是很普通，服務熱情度挺高。

房間裏好冷，説是有暖氣，沒啥*用，我定的是包含早餐的，隔天起來也説臨近過年了沒人做，我是從攜程上訂的，當天晚上入住辦理時候前台的是一位回族老爺爺也不會辦理，當時還抱着小寶寶一直哭，讓他先給房卡，也不給，非叫個小孩子過來辦理都等了十幾分鍾，第二次住的體驗感太差了

衞生超級差，辦完入住發現房間馬桶都沒刷，衞生間垃圾桶還有沒倒的垃圾，房間衞生更不用説了，辦完入住就聯繫不上前台了，一晚上膈應的沒睡好

酒店周邊環境絕佳，窗口看出去就能看到草原，停車場足夠大，設施總體較好但是馬桶蓋有點鬆了，到達當天直接酒店用餐，味道還不錯，碌曲酒店選他沒沒錯。

酒店中式餐廳可以晚餐，餐廳、前台服務人員熱情接待，房間電話故障聯繫不到前台，很是不便。房間有一點味道，需要翻新清理。床柔軟舒適。窗外風景無敵，高山草甸，令人心情舒暢。

酒店環境不錯，房間裝修及設施設備挺好，就是晚上特別冷，沒有取暖設備，因為沒發現空調，所以7月下旬來這裏晚上睡覺也得穿暖和蓋嚴實才行。
