Spacious place with 3 toilets and two soacious bedroom apartments
The shower was superb with pressure and nice products
Would be back here if I came to Lusaka

Two weeks stay in July
We've stayed before so knew what to expect.
Overall, it's still great though a few small improvements would greatly enhance the client experience :
1 - UPS backup on at least the Internet service. There's frequent load shedding and while main power is restored by Generator within 60 seconds Internet can take up to 30 mins. Having UPS on this at least would mostly negate this. It's a first world problem I appreciate, but it's a premium property so not a unreasonable ask.
2- Do not disturb option. Daily cleaning is great but sometimes it's nice to be undisturbed until later.
3 - Basic in room cleaning facilities... cloths and a mop for example. Cooking spills can happen and it's better to clean up immediately.
4 - Wi-Fi is great but perhaps extend device count from 2. As a couple this caused us multiple issues.
We like this place close enough to town to be convenient but peaceful.

I had to fumigate my house the weekend of 12 April 2025. I was forced to look for temporary accommodation within Lusaka and I chose AGORA Apartments. My stay was awesome.
