Lushan Hotel

The stay was great, and breakfast was fantastic! The hotel service was also excellent. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

A five-star rating is definitely deserved. The price increase during the May Day holiday was expected and reasonable. The breakfast, for a hotel in a scenic area, was quite generous; even those used to resort hotels will find enough to eat here. After all, I've looked around, and there aren't many places on the mountain that offer a better breakfast. There are a couple of things I hope can be improved: firstly, the family rooms should come with three sets of toiletries, not just two, requiring guests to ask for the third; secondly, some early-rising guests were excessively noisy in the hallway, even blowing whistles. I think the hotel didn't do enough to remind them about noise levels. I know the mountain area is humid, so carpeting isn't very practical, and poor soundproofing in the corridors seems to be a common issue for all hotels here. But at least a 'quiet please' sign could be helpful, couldn't it? The service attitude was generally excellent, with one exception: an older lady in the lobby who never smiled, whether answering questions or showing the way. Most of these issues are minor or due to objective limitations, and even if I stayed at another hotel on Mount Lu, it would be hard to find one that does much better. Hence, the five-star rating is well-earned. I'm too lazy to review both rooms separately, so I'm just copy-pasting this for the second one.

We stayed in the most basic room type, located in the main building. The room was spacious with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the two beds could be pushed together, which was perfect for our family of three! The room was also very close to the restaurant, and both the breakfast and dinner there were fantastic!!! Additionally, the hotel's service was excellent. They proactively contacted us the day before to offer cable car pick-up and drop-off, which was a huge help. The hotel is very close to the Meilu sightseeing bus stop, making it super convenient for exploring. It's also just about an 8-minute walk to Guling Street. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

I stayed at Lushan Hotel during my trip to Mount Lu! The hotel is located in the core area of Guling East Valley, right next to Meilu Villa. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, with Changchong River and a forest right outside – a natural oxygen bar that's incredibly healing. The century-old building has a wonderful charm, and the staff are warm and attentive. The front desk manager even gave us thoughtful advice on our travel itinerary. The breakfast was plentiful, and the location is superb.

Decided to visit Lushan in the afternoon on a whim, and arrived at the hotel at 8 PM. Luckily, the restaurant was still open. We ordered a family set meal which was excellent value for money 👍. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. I'd likely stay here again next time.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! It's conveniently located, and everything feels brand new. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the front desk service was excellent. What I loved most was the courtyard view from the window. It seems like this hotel, which has been around for many years, underwent a complete renovation and upgrade. It offers a much more pleasant atmosphere than your typical budget hotel.

This is an older, established hotel with an excellent and convenient location. They offer a shuttle service from the cable car station to the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast offers a great variety and high quality. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to the mountains.
