I went on a trip with my two-year-old son. When I arrived at the 177 villa I booked, my child had diarrhea. I took off his clothes and prepared to give him a shower, only to find that there was no hot water! In the future, if the water pipes are cold, we will wait patiently for 10 minutes and the water will still be cold! I had to contact the front desk and was told that the water heater had not been installed yet so I had to wait for half an hour! How do you turn on the water heater when guests arrive? The child kept crying and crying, and finally half an hour passed and there was still no hot water! The water heater is broken. We had to switch rooms to Villa 162 in the middle of the mountain. Although we were upgraded to a suite, the entrance and exit of Villa 162 had to go up a flight of stairs. The location was not as good as 177, and the appearance was not as grand as 177. 162 was probably used by security guards. The interior decoration style is also completely different, 177 is modern luxury style and 162 is the old cadre style which is relatively old-fashioned! I definitely don't like it! But the young man at the front desk was very polite and was actively trying to remedy the situation. In addition, I was already very tired after driving a long distance, and the child was crying and didn't want to bother with it any more. Environment: There is no doubt that the environment of the villa village is impeccable. Service: All the staff are quite polite. The room was cleaned around 11 a.m. every morning during my three-day stay. The three aunties cleaned up together very efficiently! There shouldn't be a 24-hour front desk. The guy at the front desk is considered a housekeeper, because he said that he also lives in a villa village, and if you have anything to do, you can go to his villa to deal with him. Facilities: There was an endless supply of hot water in villa 162, but for the first two days it was not very warm even when the heating was turned to the highest setting. The room was very cold with a young child👶🏻especially the bathroom was extremely cold! I really don’t want to go to the toilet! It is recommended that hotel bathrooms really install lamp heaters and the like! After carrying it for two days, the weather cooled down again on the third day, and magically the room heater suddenly became very warm! We almost thought God was coming to get us! Only then did I realize that the heating should also be adjustable in the hotel. It was turned down before! No matter what we adjust here, it’s useless because it’s central heating! Hygiene: If there are bowls, then bowls, and if there are dishes, then dishes. Hygiene is perfect. 剛好碰上暴雪天來，真是太好了！入住登記和引路到房間的兩位小姐姐非常nice，好温柔。感謝大冷天晚上幫忙送上物品的小哥哥。當街上人從眾都沒有什麼雪玩的時候，酒店園區內厚厚的雪，衹有住客，簡直就是包場玩雪，小朋友玩嗨了。以後也會推薦朋友過來玩

環境：環境超級好，是獨棟別墅，裡邊設施很新 衞生：衞生搞得特別乾淨，住的安心 服務：酒店服務態度非常滿意，讓這次旅行帶來安心
