Vienna Classic Hotel (Lushan Fengjing Mingshengqu)

The front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and there is a very handsome guy at the front desk.

To be honest, we joined the company on December 16th (Saturday). We understand that the housing supply is tight and prices are rising, but we cannot accept an accommodation experience that matches this price. 1. The central air conditioning is useless. The room is colder than an ice cellar at night. I contacted the front desk to report that if the room is full, the heating delivery effect will be worse. This is not worse, it is not at all! I contacted the front desk to come to the room to see if there was a setting problem. The front desk was very nice and said they would give feedback but no one came to deal with it. 2. Forget it if there is no heating. If you want to add an extra bed, there is no quilt. Just one pillow for each bed (isn’t it normal to have one hard pillow and one soft pillow?) 3. There is a pick-up and drop-off service, and the driver's attitude is okay. However, when we checked in, we were only sent to the bottom of the mountain and not to the door of the hotel. The steps in the picture must be at least a few hundred steps. We girls dragged our suitcases up. It was possible to lose our luggage while delivering it to the station, but luckily we found it in the end, but it directly caused us to miss the bus when we went down the mountain. Overall feeling: Not good, will never go again, not worth the price.

The air conditioner has no heating and only blows cool air. There is no warm air for four hours. The experience is too bad. Vienna is also one of Jinjiang's mid-to-high-end hotel brands. How do you manage it? It's freezing in Lushan Mountain and the room is freezing. Leng Bingbing has been afraid to take a shower and asked for compensation for the loss of air conditioning and heating.

The room is very new and clean, and the overall feeling is good. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. Due to the location of the hotel, you have to walk about 200 meters up the steps to the main street to eat and shop. The service is great. We were picked up and dropped off by an Audi car, and we were upgraded from a superior twin room to a deluxe twin room for free on the day of check-in. The manager and the front desk lady are very nice! Breakfast was given to us for free.
