Top 5-Star Hotels in Lushan

We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This time I came to Lushan temporarily. It was already night in Lushan. I had dinner at the B&B. The hot spring hotel recommended by the local villagers said that Tianmu was the earliest hot spring in Lushan, and it was a real hot spring. Some were fake hot springs. I recommended us to Tianmu. With the children, I had a good time. The hotel is also very big, the hot spring is really good, luck is good, the temporary Lushan, the snow on the mountain, the next day just to see the snow scene.

The hotel is located in a very nice area! You can watch the stars on the viewing terrace in summer. March is the off-season and the trees are not so lush. The temperature is suitable. The shuttle bus is very convenient. The front desk lady and the driver are very caring! The experience is full, but the facilities are a bit old. The toilet seat is really freezing. Every time I sit down, it feels like I was beaten. Except for the ”Ice Toilet Seat Beating Incident”, all the feelings are very good! !

The breakfast at this hotel is really good, and the fruit is delicious! The hotel is quite large, and the car runs once an hour except for the pick-up time, but the hotel will try its best to help coordinate the guests' pick-up and drop-off needs, and the service is very good! In the evening, they also provide foot bath water, which is really comfortable to soak after climbing the mountain, and the room is especially warm! The Chinese restaurant is also highly recommended, with special dishes every day, and they are delicious!

I chose this hotel for a relaxing trip. The environment is great. I like the feeling of seeing the scenery in the fog. Although the process was a little unpleasant, the hotel actively cooperated to deal with it. Thank you Xiaoliang and the staff for their meticulous service. Busan is free of charge in March. We rushed to Busan on the afternoon of Friday, 28th. We wanted to stay at this hotel for one night. We stayed on the mountain the next day. After we came, we were moved by the environment and service here. We stayed for another night! Environment: There is a ginkgo tree in the front desk lobby, which is very beautiful! Friends or family can hang out outdoors in the hotel during the day and evening. We also sat on the swing after dinner! Facilities/hygienic: very clean, the hotel is newly opened, all facilities are OK, the toilet can be heated/rinsed, the room and bathroom are fully intelligent, call Xiaodu/Xiaoai at any time! Service: This is a big praise! We upgraded the room type and sent a small cake because the child and her father happened to have a weekend birthday. We were full of sincerity! Also tell us how to play other attractions near Lushan. On the first day, you can play the West and Middle Lines. On the second day, you can go to worship the Donglin Giant Buddha-Xiufeng to see the waterfall-Bailudong Academy. We played very smoothly because of our self-driving, according to this plan! Location: Just at the foot of the south gate of Lushan, less than 5 minutes walk from the sightseeing car! Super convenient, we originally set the next day to live on the mountain, because of the hotel service and environment, decisively retired! If you want to take advantage of the March ticket and drive by yourself, you don't want to drive, take a sightseeing car, and you can return at five o'clock! I want to drive down here at night and live here, it is definitely more comfortable than the mountain!

The nearest to the Big Buddha and the environment is very good. It is better to drive in. It takes 2～ 3 minutes to drive in. The front desk lady is very intimate. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. It should be a homestay scale group. It is still under construction. I look forward to the future. The package is more complete. The door gap is too big. Need to be improved.

The location of the hotel is very good, which meets my three requirements: convenient access to Donglin Buddha, close to De'an Station and hot springs. The hotel upgraded our room for free and we stayed in a luxurious large room (sleeping room) of about 1,000 square feet, with a living room, a large bed, a large movable TV, a dressing room, two toilets, a shower room, a large bathtub, a desk, a pantry, a long sofa, etc. It was fully equipped. Outside there are beautiful natural landscapes and hot spring facilities. The sixth floor also has fitness equipment and a ping-pong table. The front desk staff were very good, especially Cha Yuanyuan and Liao Liqin who answered our questions attentively, and even ordered takeout for us (because we had passed the hotel dining time) and arranged a safe car (paid) to De'an Station. They treated guests like guests and were very nice.

The room rates in the off-season are very attractive and the hot spring rooms are great value. The service staff are very enthusiastic, but their enthusiasm is just empty talk and their service awareness needs to be improved. The hygiene situation really needs to be improved. The quilt cover has stains, the room smells musty, and there are water stains on the faucet, but I can tolerate all of these. But there was a big bug in the dish for dinner, which was really disgusting. The waiter was very nice and explained to me that it was just a bug in the peppers and had nothing to do with it. With such a big food safety issue, doesn’t the hotel have any training?
